My stay was excellent. Perfect location, close to the center, where everything happens and also the bus station. Easy access for those who go without a car and want to visit neighboring cities. The accommodation is even better than the photos and description. Large and extremely comfortable apartment. It is close to everything in the Serra Negra Center. The host is excellent and responds quickly to any communication that needs to be made. It is only worth noting that the apartment is on the second floor and has no elevator (for us it does not bother us, but if there is someone with a special need it can be a hindrance).

We loved everything on this trip! Mr. Alcione is always very helpful and polite. The space is very nice, comfortable, a wonderful view, you can watch the sunrise from a hammock on the balcony of the room. What could be better!? We'll be back soon, God willing!

We registered facial recognition at the entrance and check-in and check-out were super easy. Marcelo is a great host. Super friendly, nice, cozy. We felt at home.
