Vacation rentals with a patio in Mojácar

very pleasant stay, gino superhost welcomed us in a very friendly way. Bottles of water were waiting for us in the fridge. A bottle of wine on the living room table and he accompanied us for our check-in. Very functional equipment.

Andrés is super attentive and kind and although he was on vacation, he was very attentive to us during our stay. The apartment is very nice with fantastic beach views. The only thing I could "complain" about is that when we booked he promised us a welcome basket with beer, but it seems he forgot. Otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely repeat.

The accommodation is a 10 out of 10. On the beachfront and with an amazing view. The apartment is very large, it was very clean, very well equipped (kitchen with everything, air conditioning in all rooms, gel and shampoo). The terrace takes up the entire penthouse and has a large barbecue. Communication with the owners has always been very easy and fast. The truth is that you can't ask for more from a vacation apartment.

The apartment is as Gabriel describes it. There were 4 of us (family) and two medium-sized dogs. It was perfect, bright, ventilated and spacious, clean and with the amenities described in the ad. I would repeat. There is also a pool all year round... excellent for those who don't like the beach 🏖️ haha

Well-located apartment with all amenities available in a quiet residential complex. The apartment is well-equipped with good decoration and many touches by the owner. It is spacious and has a terrace with views. We had a very nice stay.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Excellent communication in the build up, then on arrival we were met by our host (or someone on the behalf, I’m not sure), they talked us through the whole place with great instructions and advice then left us to it. A clean and tidy villa, bathrooms where immaculate. A lovely peaceful setting but just a minute away from bars and restaurants and a beautiful sea front. We didn’t use the pool (it was January) but I was open and being maintained, ie cleaned and checked. It’s a very safe and secure setting. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, if not even nicer. Would absolutely recommend. Something to be aware of is the approach within the small complex is quite uneven due to a beautiful rocky walkway and there are four steps up to the property, just to be mindful of you have elderly travellers, although our 87 year old managed several times a day! Beautiful stay.

The apartment is modern, newly renovated, and immediately feels like home. It’s much more spacious than it appears in the photos, and the balcony is a true highlight. The space is beautifully set up and perfectly equipped for both short and long stays. The location is spot on — with a lovely café downstairs, and the beach and several restaurants just a five-minute walk away. Despite its central setting, the apartment remains wonderfully peaceful. We also appreciated the convenience of free parking directly on the street outside or by the harbour. Maribel was very flexible with check-in and check-out times, shared great tips about the area, and quickly answered any questions we had.

The Apartment was beautiful and right by the Beach. It was very clean and amazing Place! The Host was very forthcoming and gave recommendations for restaurants etc.

Everything is correct. The hostess gave us details of all kinds at all times. The apartment complies very well. Saying that we have been in April, so the issue of the heat in the home can't evaluate it, although the rooms have a ceiling fan. Summarizing, 100% advisable.

Magical! A very nice cottage in a beautiful place. Lovely terrace with an amazing view. The starry sky and the light of the lighthouse made for an extra beautiful experience.

We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Alegria. What a stunning property, its like being in your own private oasis. Everything was super clean, and you have more than you need for a home from home stay! Martyn was friendly, and great to chat to, plus always there if needed. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay again. Only suggestion is to have a vehicle, as it could be a little difficult to get about otherwise. Thank you Martyn & Marie for making our stay just perfect 😊

Just like you can see in the photos. We were very comfortable. The terrace is spectacular. Communication with Domingo was good, quickly solving a small problem we had. The perfect area for visiting the beaches of Cabo de Gata. Everything was great.

We have been to playa vera many times and can say that this apartment is among the best. Everything is exactly as described in the listing. Great beach location to enjoy a swim in the sea before breakfast. The terrace offers sun from morning to evening. Also possibilities for shade are sufficiently available. Very well maintained apartment, best communication with Nicolas. We thank you for the trust and wish you a repeat.

We had a pleasant stay. Silvana welcomed us very warmly and accompanied us. The place is very pretty, quiet and good location. We strongly recommend!

One of the best homes in Cabo de Gata! A house of 10 Super clean High-equipped

Our stay was simply wonderful. From the first moment, Carmen was always available and attentive by phone, and she greeted us promptly with a very friendly and close attitude. He explained everything about the house clearly and warmly, which made us feel at home from the beginning. The place is fantastic, cared for even the smallest detail, with impeccable cleanliness. Absolutely nothing is missing: it is fully equipped with everything you may need. In addition, the location is ideal, in a very quiet environment and only 3 minutes from the town. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to.

I would definitely repeat, an incredible host, I facilitated all the directions, the super cozy house and we found tranquility in the urbanization as an activity in nearby areas. a 10 falls short. Thank You Susana

Loved our stay at Rodrigo's apartment. It was cosy and suited our needs with a nice little kitchen equipped with essential utensils, large fridge freezer, full oven and 4 ring electric hob and a washing machine. Our host was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The complex is a great stay for naturists, and is optional at and around the property but mandatory at the pool. Extremely well landscaped gardens as well as a great outdoor and heated indoor swimming pool. No poolside bar but the surroundings made it a wonderfully relaxing retreat with plenty of sun loungers. The location was convenient, just a short walk from a long sandy beach (parts of which cater for naturism), large supermarket, pharmacy, and several quiet bars and restaurants (great Indian a 5 min walk). No direct bus transfers or train from Almeria airport but we found Executive Airport Shuttles. Overall our stay was fantastic, highly recommend!

Carmen is a lovely host, she was always attentive to us. On the day of check-in we were quite late, however he was there for us until 2 am to open the garage door. A very pleasant experience! Excellent!

We spend two nights in Patricia's cottage . She welcomed us very warmly , had already provided a mobile gas stove, for which we were very grateful. There were fruits, tomatoes and drinks ready and she gave us lots of great tips for excursions in the area . The interior of the house is very cozy , everything is available to take care of yourself. Outside it is beautifully designed and invites you to sit. Since we only had one full day available, we started early. The area in this natural park is spectacular, we loved the small places on the beautiful beaches . Unfortunately, many restaurants were closed , the season at Cabo de Gata ended Mid October . We would like to thank Patricia again for her hospitality .

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Really nice stay! lovely house with pretty convenience surroundings. The host is very warm hearted and helped us a lot thoughout our stay. Big thank you and strongly recommended for all.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.
