We booked for an overnight stay to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We checked in late and planned for a night swim but it was already 8:30PM and the pool area closes at 9. We asked if we can extend a little bit and they willingly granted our request. We had the pool all to ourselves and had a great Marites session. The buffet breakfast didn’t disappoint, as well. But the best feature this hotel has would definitely be their employees. Everyone just radiated a good vibe and was always willing to lend a hand. We will be back for sure!

Christine was a super sympathic Young woman who gave us tips for the area and welcomed us heartily. The Glass House was just amazing and romantic. Perfect for a couple getaway. The Resort is located in a very quiet area but still super close by motor bike to the main tourist area with all the restaurants and bars. Communication was on point, Christine responded super quickly and was friendly with everything. Thanks a lot! 5/5 10/10 100% recommended

Great overall stay. Major draw is the view from the terrace and the proximity to the beach for sardine and turtles swim. We haven’t had a chance to meet Majona in person but she communicated promptly. Place was clean and we had everything we need. Stairs at the property and inside the apartment so if you have mobility challenges it’s perhaps not the one for you. Otherwise it’s a really great place to stay. We really enjoyed it.

I have stayed in many hotels and airbnbs. Cranes Cottage's is a great place for an individual or couple lookong to have a peaceful stay in the Moalboal area of the Philippines. Melodina and her team were alway responsive to issues, for example one night there was a heavy rain storm which cause a leak to break through the roof in my apartment. I messaged Melodona and within around 15 minutes her team was helping me move into a new apartment of the same type. Cranes Cottages is close to the beach, about 10 minutes from the sardine run, 30 minutes from canyoneering, 5 minutes walk from other restaurants if you don't want to eat at the restaurant connected to the resort. Her staff is well trained and helpful, I would stay there again when I come back to.the Philippines.

The room and the whole property were very clean and will maintained. Charlie and everyone else were very friendly. The room was exactly as in the pictures. The location is in a side street. Very quiet and central at the same time. We enjoyed our days and would surely come back :-)

Wifi it isn't very reliable nor fast. But good room, ok location. Booked activities are a little overpriced. Other activity buddies coming from other places paid ~25% less but it's good that it exists and still happy I booked it.

I stayed at Charlotte’s Country Cottage in the native room, and overall, it was a really pleasant experience. The host was very accommodating and made sure we felt at home. The staff and owner were both friendly and approachable—you can make requests, and they’ll gladly help you out depending on availability. The place is peaceful and surrounded by nature, perfect if you're looking to relax and unwind away from the busy town. It’s not located right along the highway, so expect a 5- to 8-minute walk to get there. From the highway, it's just a short motorbike ride (around 5 minutes) to reach the center of Moalboal. You can also use the kitchen and other amenities, which was super convenient. If you’re okay with a bit of walking and want a quiet, nature-side stay with kind and helpful hosts, this is a great place to consider.
