Balinese bungalow 50 m from the beach

Coconut wood bungalow on a very quiet little street, a short walk to the beach and in the middle of a very wooded garden. The bungalow is air-conditioned, equipped with TV, Wifi, fridge, microwave, electric kettle. Bed linen and towels provided. Outside, a kitchen area with a gas fire, some utensils and basic products are available. Our house is located a few meters from the bungalow. We respect the calm and privacy of guests, but we can call on us at all times. The neighborhood is quiet, on the peninsula of La Roche Percée, between sea and river. Beaches, water activities, walks and discoveries in the surroundings (Turtle Bay, Domaine de Gouaro Deva and Poé Beach). The bungalow is 8 kms from the village of Bourail, the beach of La Roche Percée is indicated, at the entrance of the house there is a sign "The Bungalow". A parking space is available.

Our house is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 5 people ( including children over 6 years old). There are 3 sleeping areas: 1 bedroom with a 180 bed, a 140 bed on the mezzanine and two single mattresses on another mezzanine. It has 2 Wc, a heated outdoor shower and another indoor and a full kitchen. The little extras are the BBQ, the Fire Corner, 2 kayaks , a good internet speed (+ netflix),the large covered terrace and the access to the lagoon on foot.

Air-conditioned rooms! 5 minutes' walk from all amenities. Reading and board games, barbecue, swimming, diving, hiking or cycling on the beautiful site of Déva, surfing at La Roche Percée, kitesurfing and kayaking in Poé, all within 10-20 min drive from the house. No TV but unlimited free internet connection.

Charming villa located in a rural area, 5-7 minutes from the beaches of La Roche Percée and Poé and the Domaine de Déva (hiking) and 15 minutes from the village. High on a hill, it benefits from the sea wind and offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountain and the sky. The place is quiet and serene (no parties please). The house is not suitable for children or pets.

Small house ideally located for a refreshing stay, feet in the water. We necessarily appreciate the proximity to the beach but also the pool! Large terrace that allows convivial moments, and super endearing cat and dog. Cédric was super responsive and attentive to our requests. We'll be back without hesitation!

We enjoyed our visit and recommend the Family Area to other families. We loved sleeping in the trailer - beautiful, original and peaceful. The boys liked to play with friends from other homes. Thanks to Laetitia for hosting us warmly!

I had a very pleasant stay: the place is peaceful, clean, everything is thought out so that we lack nothing, Gwen and Fred are very friendly, warm and care that we have a great stay (Shanna too😉). Accommodations are far enough away for everyone to have their privacy. The private spa is great for relaxing after a long journey or a walk. It was a very good discovery, I can't wait to come back.

Ideally located a 3-minute walk from the beach of Poé. Emilie is a very friendly host who was able to adapt to our time constraints on arrival and who even took the time to decorate us with a Christmas tree in the garden and the different spaces. The kitchen is very functional and the setting is charming which allowed us to have a great Christmas Eve.
