Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mogadouro

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and cozy. The living room and the outdoor porch are spectacular.

Manuela is charming. The location is perfect if you are looking to disconnect and have peace.

This house is exactly as described and a perfect peaceful getaway. The view is incredible. The house is well proportioned with three large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. We had an extra camp bed put up in one room, and there was also a cot in there (although we didn’t use it). Efficient air conditioning and nice kitchen. There isn’t anything else in the area but this suited us just fine! Nearest shop is in Albondega De Fe (10 mins) bur a proper supermarket is in Mogadouro (20 mins).

Perfect place paea disconnect. The apartment is very nice and very clean! Close to many areas of interest and with a pool to share with the rest of the accommodation. I recommend it.

We really like the days we spend in this house. The whole space is well decorated, clean and very cozy. The host was very kind in the way we treated it, always very responsive and helpful. I take this opportunity to thank you publicly for all your sympathy and everything you have gifted us with, such as bread, cheese, drinks, etc. We weren't expecting such kindness, which made us pleasantly surprised. No doubt we will return, because adding to the very pleasant space the surrounding areas are of a beauty that deserves to be seen and explored to the fullest. I recommend 100%

Tiago was a very friendly and helpful host, communication was very easy, although we did not meet in person. The house is in a village in Serapicos near Vimioso (not to be confused with another Serapicos that is a little further west (as happened to us by distraction when we write only Serapicos in google maps, without paying attention...) The house is beautiful and the village too, but a little cold, even with the fireplace and the heat recovery system, but I also went in the winter on a very cold days, but I would be staying here again!

We loved our stay. We are a group of 3 couples and 2 daughters and were surprised by the house, everything was very esteemed, clean and with such a pleasant smell. The house has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, several spaces to eat and stay, indoors and outdoors, the pool and the outdoor space are super nice. It is a charming house, old but impeccably restored, we loved the entrance, the wooden staircase, the antique furniture… everything was impeccable. The area is very quiet, with a tiny grocery store, but with a little bit of everything and very nice people, bread at the door. We loved the surrounding area, Elisa pointed us to a river beach that is simply magnificent for its peace, tranquility and such good water. In short, it was a wonderful few days, Elisa is a very friendly and helpful host, the house is magnificent and the area is very good. We recommend it and will certainly be back.❤️

One of the best experiences I've had with AirBnB. Very interesting house, rustic but with the necessary amenities. Cozy, clean spaces. The reception by D. Cândida, already with the fireplaces lit and a beautiful homemade bread, made it worth the trip. The decor of the house still has a few very interesting traditional items. The only difficulty we had was having a mobile connection (either by wifi or mobile data), but it resulted in this difficulty being a good ingredient in the stay, as no one even picked it up on the phone and forced the greatest coexistence. Recommended stay, while thanking Joana for her good hospitality.

The house is ideal for nature lovers! It is very cool inside and has all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. The river below is perfect for cooling off and other spots are within walking or driving distance by the road that passes in front of the house (little traffic, mainly farmers and locals who are very warm). We would have stayed much longer!

The house was even more beautiful than expected and cleaned to a wonderful standard. The place felt homely and spacious with enough amenities provided ie towels, kitchen utensils, food items etc. Pool and grounds were well kept by Fernando who helped us out with some queries during the week. The ruins on the property have the place an authentic and rustic feel. This is the perfect spot to get away from it all for some peace and quiet in the beautiful countryside.

I highly recommend Rita's house. Comfortable house, very clean, peaceful, very quiet and very well equipped. We received a very good welcome on our arrival. We loved the villa and its surroundings and Angela and Mario couldn’t have been more helpful. It is a short car journey into Mirandela where there are some great restaurants - recommended by our host. They were terrific value as well compared to restaurant prices in Porto! Unfortunately I picked up a head cold in Porto and had little energy to explore the local tracks. It’s a great place to stay with easy access to Tua Natural Parc and the Douro Valley, I would highly recommend it to our friends and family.
