Excelente ubicación y alojamiento. Me encantó la limpieza y lo pulcro que estaba el apartamento, para mi esto es importante y lo lograron al 100%. Súper céntrico y cerca del aeropuerto lo que nos facilitó mucho la vida. Muy lindo y acogedor, muy buena anfitriona. Me volvería a hospedar.

The apartment was just like it appeared in the photos. Very clean, professionally decorated, magnificent view, centrally located, super well equipped. The A/C was great. Morris is the BEST host we have ever had. It was a pleasure dealing with Morris. The staff at the building were courteous and helpful. Thinking of returning next year.

David to include his staff did a great job. Some construction nearby, it wasn't bad at 0800 they started. Otherwise we had no issues, great pool. It was close to the beach and restaurants. Coming back soon.

I stayed at Yesenia's apartment for two weeks, and it was a great experience! The apartment looks exactly like the photos, clean, cozy, and just as described. It's in a super convenient location, close to everything, and the secure parking was a big plus. I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or gym, but the front desk mentioned they’re available once you register. Overall, my stay was very comfortable and easy. If I get the chance, I’d definitely love to stay at Yesenia’s place again. Thank you so much for hosting me!

Mi estancia fue excelente. El lugar es muy cómodo, bien equipado y perfectamente ubicado, con fácil acceso a todo lo que necesite. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy fluida y flexible, lo que hizo todo aún más sencillo. Sin duda, una opción altamente recomendable para quienes buscan comodidad y buena localización.

Andreas is a most hospitable and attentive host. Staying in this extraordinary apartment feels like a visit to a museum or art gallery. It is truly a one-of-a-kind experience! The building is situated conveniently central in Zone 14. You are within walking distance of the shops and restaurants on Avenida Las Américas as well as the modern and trendy plazas of Decima and La Noria. Right downstairs from the apartment is the best sushi restaurant in town, Nokiate. And just a half a block up the street is an Argentinian restaurant Herencia Real. You are within steps of everything you could need; multiple grocery stores, dry cleaning, personal care, medical, restaurants, restaurants, restaurants! A 20-minute walk or 5-minute Uber ride will take you to Zone 10 where you can enjoy the restaurants and shops at the beautiful Plaza Fontabella or shop till you drop at Oakland Mall with every variety of American and even European clothing stores. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need or want and then some! The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, and appliances. The bathrooms are equipped with quality toiletries, linens, etc. The washer/dryer unit inside the suite is very convenient. Andres surprised us multiple times throughout our stay with fresh flowers and even chocolates and other treats. The friendly housekeeper Ericka visited twice a week to change linens, care for the garden on the balcony, and keep the apartment clean and dust-free. The Porteros and Security personnel are friendly, helpful and we felt very safe in the building. Andreas, our host, was always very prompt to reply to our messages and checked in regularly to see if there was anything we needed and to offer assistance and guidance in familiarizing ourselves with the area. The building’s gym is convenient and equipped for any level of workout, and is hardly ever occupied. The sky lounge sitting area, adjacent to the gym, provides great views and a comfortable place to enjoy a visit or work in peace. We feel our host took an interest not only in general hospitality but also in the care of our personal needs. My husband was recovering from surgery and the very pleasant “Rain” showerhead was not possible for him to use with a cast. Andres installed a “telephone” handheld showerhead so we had the option to switch back-and-forth! We are very grateful for this added effort and for going far above and beyond! You will not find a better place to stay in Guatemala City and in Zona 14! Our visit was far superior to any hotel because of the extra comforts of home combined with the unique, exciting experience of this oasis!

It's a beautiful apartment. It was very clean. I loved the design and how everything matched. Luis Javier responded very fast and he was accomodating. I definitely recommend this place.

Roberto's place is absolutely amazing. From the spectacular views out your very own living room floor-to-ceiling sliding glass windows, to the beautiful pool down below and then right back up to the rooftop gym in the one tower as well as the gorgeously decorated and warmth of the conference/sitting room of the other tower. Literally the views are endless as your at the forefront of Volcan Pacaya, Fuego, Acatenango, and Agua, while also the highrise being built directly on the edge of a massive gorge/valley as you looked below. Truly was an incredible experience and I promise there's no other high rise in the city with a better view than he has. I would recommend this to all without hesitation, especially knowing that the area is walkable and safe, but also because Roberto was helpful and responsive to any questions we had, next to immediately when asked.
