this is my second time staying here, I love the location, the house is immaculate and clean! they are installing a washer and dryer so that's awesome! I love this place to say the least! Definitely will be coming back!

Larry was very accommodating with my 81 year old father. My father was moving from Memphis to Tipton County and had a week before his new apartment. Family didn’t have a space in our homes due to stairs, so we reserved Larry’s apartment. It was perfect. My father enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings and the ease in which he could move from room to room with his “Rollator.” If we have family or friends who come for a visit, we would definitely recommend Larry’s space. Larry and Phyllis were very kind.

My experience with the host was amazing. She was always there to answer questions. I did not stay at the house as my employees stayed there for a work trip. They said the house was clean and very pleasant to stay in. Would book here again!
