There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

Beautiful Cottage with Modern Flair

Heart of the city lies this fairytale cottage with modern amenities to appeal to all! In the trendy industrial section of north hollywood u get the best of both worlds . Hear a waterfall from ur door under pine trees or 10 minutes to Hollywood Blvd. We have a lot of trees and flowers and there is some wildlife. Also we have a wonderful dog on the premises who loves people but is not always great with other dogs. So be mindful if you bring yours. Thank you!

This place was great! Wonderful stay! Sara was a helpful host, and the apartment was clean and tidy. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation. The apartment doesn’t have a washing machine and dryer. Other than that, everything was good, plenty of space and a lovely patio.

We had a lovely stay at Adam's apartment! It's small but cute and cozy and was perfect for my husband and I. We needed an iron and Adam quickly supplied one. And the patio is lovely! There's no closet, but there's ample drawer space as well as lots of hooks in the bathroom to hang things. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. We'd definitely stay here again!
