Beautiful villa with a spectacular pool, garden and cozy house. Ideal for enjoying summer days with family or friends. Beach 300 meters away (just a 3-minute walk). All kinds of services are offered (towels, both shower and beach, self-service of cold water and hot water, sweets, fruit, soft drinks, oil, vinegar, salt, bread, milk, cookies, salty snacks, welcome bottle of cava, ice, juices...) It is rented by weeks (from Saturday to Saturday in the months of July and August).

It has all the conditions so you don't have to worry about your vacation.

The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. In general everything was very well equipped and especially the terrace which is very spacious and pleasant. The location is very close to the beach and with several supermarkets and restaurants around. Despite this, it is a very quiet and easily accessible development. For the summer months it's simply ideal. We were looking forward to trying the pool. We will definitely repeat.

Lovely complex, very quiet. Great balcony. Very close to the beach and a nice supermarket nearby. Just be sure to read the listed amenities list, which is accurate. I assumed there would be WiFi and there wasn't, but I didn't read the list so that's on me. Beautiful area and the local restaurants are great too. Would highly recommend and would return.

A really nice studio-style apartment with a large terrace overlooking the gardens. The perfect place for a peaceful stay with the luxury of having a large pool on site. Very quiet at the time we were there which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, and the few owner-occupiers we did meet were lovely. Car necessary to get around the area conveniently, but the apartment is centrally located between Denia and Javea with the village of Jesus Pobre and it's number of very nice local restaurants a 3-minute drive away. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you, Vicente.
