Nino has a great place and the ability to use the kayaks was a great change of pace! Snorkeling in the calm water was a treat, and the local atmosphere had such a good feel to it. The house was spacious and private for the different size of rooms, perfect stop outside the bigger city feel of San Juan. Definitely recommend getting to the surrounding cities before Sunday or Monday roles around as it was quiet and reserved those nights! Loved it and a great host too!

This place is perfect for easy weekend getaway. Walking distance places to eat and the beach. It is perfect.

Whenever I go to PR I stay in Joyuda (I have family roots in the area), and more specifically in this building. I know him well because I've stayed in four different units. This apartment is by far the best of all who have rented. It's spacious, comfortable, accessible, safe, and has everything you need for a great experience. I recommend it and hope to be back soon!

Gorgeous apartment with stunning views! Super comfortable stay with a stocked kitchen and everything one may need. The host is super responsive! Note that the area is loud, especially in the weekend, in case you are sensitive to noise. We loved being in the heart of the party!

Amazing location felt so peaceful with only a few steps away from the beach, and a nice distance from the closest town. Would definitely stay again!

-Beautiful water view - water activities -friendly - Perfect instructions - busy road, so can take awhile to back out of the drive way. - Beach was rough with a lot of rocks, but the kids loved jumping the waves by the shore. -close to many activitiss. - We would stay here again!

Everything was great. I would recommend a microwave and a better mattress for the futon. Everything else was totally spectacular.

An absolute treasure! Immaculate clean, invitingly cozy, and wonderfully tranquil. Carlos and Yenia provided attentive care throughout, making the experience even more delightful. Plus, its convenient location allows for easy strolls to the beach and a variety of great restaurant’s.

We stayed at Delmare for two nights, and I truly wish we could have stayed longer—it was that perfect. This place exceeded all of our expectations and is, without a doubt, one of the best beachfront stays we’ve ever experienced. The space itself is stunning: clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could need. It’s ideal for a couple’s romantic escape or a small family looking for a serene retreat. The location couldn’t be more convenient—the beach is literally three steps from the front door. We loved being able to walk right off the sand and straight into the outdoor shower, then through the bathroom into the house, completely refreshed and clean—no tracking sand or saltwater inside. It made every beach trip effortless. One of my favorite things was that we never had to pack bags for the beach. Everything we needed was just a few steps away in our own kitchen. Perfect place to stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mary’s beachfront apartment in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, and it was nothing short of amazing. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning — you can see the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and the soft sandy beach just steps away. The location is perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy the beach, but also close enough to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Mary was an exceptional host, always responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay — from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedding and plenty of towels. Whether we were enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony or watching the sunset in the evening, it was the perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend it!!! 😁

The place was clean, pretty, comfortable and a gorgeous beach was my backyard for the weekend. Heriberto thought about everything one might need. Loved the restaurants and bars in the area. Got to hear live music, eat good food, go for a run, do yoga. Everything was close and accessible. Loved everything about it.

The place was very clean! I loved that it was walking distance to the beach a couple minutes driving to restaurants and grocery store. It includes everything: laundry, two baths, two beds. Beautiful experience overall

Good location right on the beach, Everything you would need for a beach day is included (towels, bag, chairs, coolers) The place was clean with cold A/C and Hot showers! We loved the gated parking for extra security.

Such an amazing stay! Lovely home, cozy, clean, has everything you need! Nice view of ocean, great spots for food and drinks nearby. Centered to many of the beaches. My family wished we had stayed longer, we loved our stay. And of course, this side of the island is beautiful. Carlos was so helpful, he communicated, kind and clear making everything a smooth experience.
