Very helpful host. Very nice house, as shown in the photos, and very close to the sea in a quiet area of Agios Nikolaos.

We called this place "the mansion." The views are absolutely breathtaking and the accommodations pristine. The beautiful beach is across the street and the hotel nearby has an outside bar on that beach. We ended up renting a car because we could tell driving in Crete was easier than places like Mykonos and Athens. We ventured to a few places like Richtis Gorge and the downtown harbor; excellent shopping with some closed (no vehicles) streets. We wished we had more time here! Our host was very kind and also helpful in booking the car rental after our arrival. We highly recommend Villa Phi!! Thank you.

Perfect location to visit the eastern part of Crete. The apartment is well equipped, there is everything you need as a guest, really every detail has been thought of to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The apartment has a private parking space, is on the second floor and has its own entrance (18 steps). There are screens everywhere (so no mosquitoes). The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning, and all windows/doors are equipped with electric shutters. You can hear the road at the front of the apartment if you sleep with the balcony doors open, but we didn't have any problems with that. Tip -> Loop Quiet Earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Dimitris is a very pleasant host and responds quickly. He is committed to hospitality, with hospitality, attention and service at the heart of it. He has a proactive approach to understanding and exceeding the needs of us as guests. We loved our stay!

An intimate accommodation, where all the details are taken care of, where nothing is lacking, with significant storage. a super stocked fridge on our arrival, highly appreciated. And of course the stunning sea views, the dream...we enjoyed every minute spent, and the time passed too quickly. a step that we will not soon forget, and recommendable at 200 percent.
