Summer House - private villa close to BIA airport

We arrived the airport at night, this house comforted us after a 20min driveway. Although it is so dark around that we could see nothing(it is a villa in a big and green garden), we surprised by the warm house very soon. We are 2couples, we have 2 rooms with individual bathroom and a shared yard. The beds and bathrooms are big and clean, hot water was provided only in one room but the cool water was also warm enough. There are nature calls of little bugs and birds. This villa offered us a comfortable rest after long flight, and a good start of the journey.Thank you!

Our stay at Villa Tranquil Waters was absolutely unforgettable! The villa is immaculate, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They went above and beyond, ensuring every request was met without hesitation. Their warmth, friendliness, and the incredible food they prepared daily made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire stay was breathtaking, from the scenery to the overall ambiance. I booked this for a few of my friends who came from Spain for vacation in SL. The place was great and had all the required ammentities and it was a pleasurable stay. We really enjoyed the place and the view was amazing. It was a great value for money and very worth it. Devindra was a great host and communicated with us when we required assistance. Overall a wonderful experience and a great host.

It is one of the most lovely stays I’ve had to date. The gorgeous place and customer service of Ashane and Udeshi were incomparable. They were so consistent from inquiry to post check out. As a solo female traveller, I felt incredibly safe in their place. Almost everything you need they have and if they don’t they will reach the extra mile to help you with it. It was such a great first impression of Sri Lanka’s warmth and hospitality. Will definitely stay with them again on another Negombo trip.

Arosha was a very responsive person. as a guest we really expect this and she was one of that quick. really appreciate especially on the WiFi and TV. really appreciate. well the place is new development due that , place was dusty and facilities not in full force. looking forward to come and enjoy the full facilities. looks great. children playground , gym and the swimming pool. not forgetting the Griffy who was also friendly and of help. thank you

I went here twice for my trip to sri lanka. one night when I arrived and one night before I left. both times we were welcomed with open arms and they took very good care of us. this time they even prepared some fruits that we could take with us to the airport!!! definitely recommend going here

Undoubtedly it was a wonderful place to stay. I really enjoyed there. It’s a little far from Colombo city, even then it’s worth living. The owner has decorated it so well and forgot my home. I really loved the place and if I come again to Sri Lanka, I will prefer to stay at the same place. The only drawback at this place is that you don’t get any transport at late night. My flight was early morning and it was almost impossible to get a taxi at 2 am. To be on safe side I had to book a hotel for one night near the Airport which cost me USD 63. That was painful

Felt at home as we came. The caretaker and his wife was very kind and helpful. We have been in this villa before so we had a great experience last time as well hence we decided to come again with our parents. Place is very spacious with a lovely view of the pool, some greenery and the beach. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to go on a small vacay not too far from Colombo and enjoy with family and friends.
