An early 20th century construction, which was renovated but maintains its essence, and has all the amenities. It is equipped for 12 people, with a kitchen, stove and wood-burning oven. Also grill rack, and large park with a heated pool. It is located in the rural area between the City of Juan Lacaze and the Artilleros Balneario.

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

For those who are looking for a quiet place in the middle of the countryside but with the advantage of being only ten minutes from the quaint town of Colonia del Sacramento and an hour from Buenos Aires via ferry, our charming cottage is offered as an ideal place. It is a cozy space, surrounded by nature, conditioned to accommodate up to three people and equipped with everything you need for a weekend or extended vacation.

Santa Casa, historic neighborhood

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings from different historical periods on the property, including vestiges of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The apartment overlooks a central colonial courtyard and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.
