Very nice duplex.

Superb Duplex in a pretty residence very very close to the sea (200 meters) and from two beautiful beaches nice swimming pool in the middle of a very shady park this place is also near all shops, good restaurants, bars, water sports.(no cars needed to move) but quiet, simple and familly location...ideal place in Menorca! 50 kms from Mahon airport (Rent a car, bus taxi) 15 kms from Cuitadella Free Wifi Free Privat parking for 1 car Sat tv cleaning incl 2x w Feel free to ask me any question

En Binibeca, al sur de la isla y a solo 22 minutos del aeropuerto se encuentra esta tranquila e íntima villa con una gran piscina comunitaria incl. zona para niños y solar privado de 600m2. Las zonas privadas exteriores (chill out, BBQ, zona de sol,...) invitan a relajarse y disfrutar de momentos juntos al aire libre. Excelente ubicación a 850m de la playa de Binibeca, a 450m de cala Torret con múltiples restaurantes y supermercado y a 550m del centro de buceo, entre otros lugares de ocio.

Xuroi Apt amazing sea views of Calan Porter Beach

Amazing mediterranean views from the balcony. It is located in the quite part of Calan Porter, but walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and the markets / super markets. It's also a walking distance to the famous Cava den Xoroi site seeing beauty. Beautiful area for hiking, bicycling and running, cami de cavaills will take you to nearby bays and beaches by walking. It's a true gem. Please note that WIFI isn’t available between Oct to May-if you need wifi in those months contact me.

@staymenorca. Apartment located in the north of the island, in the prestigious golf course area. Ideal for relaxing. The development is very quiet and the house has wonderful views of the golf course and the mountain. If you feel like going to the beach you can walk to Arenal de Son Saura (1km) or drive 5 minutes. The apartment is perfectly located at an intermediate distance from all the tourist attractions on the island. Get away from the routine and relax.
