The villa comes with a full time daily private staff for housekeeping and chef for breakfast and lunch. For a little extra price, you can have staff and chef also for dinner.

The expansive terrace with a beautiful climatized pool and lush garden so guests can enjoy. A 3 minute drive to minitas beach, 7 minute to the marina and chavon. Golf Villa 70 is an exceptionally well situated three bedroom Golf Villa next to the 14th fairway and Lake of the Links golf course. The villa has panoramic views of the 14th and 15th fairways and greens, the fairway lake and our garden. The Villa is staffed by Julie, our housekeeper/cook. Julie is fluent in English and Spanish. The villa is a short walking distance to Minitas beach and the hotel facilities.
