Vacation rentals with a pool in Mindoro

Carol is very easy to deal with and the resort has complete amenties. The caretaker, Ate Susan, was also responsive and pleasant all throughout our stay. Even if the resort is described aa cozy, it doesn't feel cramped for a party of 16. Thumbs up, Carol! Your place is a good choice in the area 😀

Just returned from our 2-night stay at Casa Bella. My family and I had such a wonderful experience. The home is as described, clean, beautiful and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. We also really enjoyed the club house; beautiful infinity pool, friendly staff and yummy breakfast and drinks. The beach was just ok. 10-15 mins drive to good local food and groceries. Ben’s was the group favorite. The housekeeper and security guards were very helpful and welcoming. Ronald was responsive and flexible. Highly recommend! We would come back here if we find ourselves in San Juan again.

The place was nice. We are a family of 8 and there are a lot of rooms and beds. All of the rooms are airconditioned. The jacuzzi was great. Even if we went there when the clubhouse pool was closed (Wednesday), the jacuzzi is readily available and free. There are a lot of tables and chairs too outside. It feels very homey and comfortable. The house is nice. The beach was a good 5-7mins walk. It's not that far and the community is safe. The walking ground is flat and it is not tiring. The beach is nice, there are also free cabannas at the beach. It's peaceful. The check in and out are very flexible because the owner and caretaker is easy to talk to as long as there are no guests after ypur stay, you can extend with a fee. There's also ready drinking water and dispenser for consumption. Thank you again for accommodating us.

The place was clean, quiet and private, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for our get together. We especially appreciated how close the property was to the private beach clubs, 5min drive, allowing us easy access to the beautiful views in Porto Laiya Beach. Jun’s responsiveness and helpfulness were exceptional. He made sure we had everything we needed and promptly addressed any questions we had. Their villa is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. It’s clean and smells great. Everything we needed was provided. The caretakers and owners were also very kind and accommodating to all our requests. Highly recommended!

Loved the breeze and mountain & sea views, the spotless and tastefully designed house, the pool and billiards/ ice hockey. Perfect for just staying in and hanging out with your family!!! Though it was not bad, nearby public beach is near the port so manage your expectations.

Rona’s place was the perfect home away from home, well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, ideal for spending fun quality time with family and friends in a private neighborhood within walking distance to Laiya Beach which was especially delightful in the mornings when the tide and sunlight makes the beautiful scenery glow. Groceries, authentic Filipino food spots with home delivery options are nearby. The host, staff, and the locals are warm, friendly and helpful. Jean Pierre was very accommodating and made sure that my stay was comfortable. He also made sure that I have everything that I needed. The place is close to EVERYTHING -- the malls, food and an awesome nightlife. Not to mention the internet is AWESOME! :) Better than most around the area. :) I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to my friends!

This is our second time booking Miss Ice’s unit. Highly recommended! Our family had a wonderful stay. Miss Ice and Sir Al were both very responsive and accommodating to all our inquiries, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

The short stay was great. We were able to relax in Ellen’s place after a hectic get together with family in the area. Clean. Airconditioning was on point especially in Batangas😊

2nd time in this accommodation and 3rd time with the host. Still amazing service, quick response and they addressed our few requests prior to our stay. Kitchen had all the basic needs complete with nice delicate utensils. Bed was big and comfortable, and bathroom had hot water and washer. Around the vicinity is QuickClean where you can dry your clothes. Pan de Manila was just downstairs, looks like open 24hrs if you need something to munch or water. Metro grocery just 3-minute walk. Family Mart, Yellow Cab, Gerry's Grill, a milk tea store I think Serenitea, Chinese and Korean restos just 5-minute walk. McDonald's and a Chruch 3-minute walk. Resort's World and NAIA terminal 3 through the elevated walkway around 10-minute walk. Just outside the bldg along the highway, there's a jeepney station going to Baclaran, MRT and LRT. From there you can go anywhere in the Metro. God bless you all! :)

A few php more than others in Botangas City but the location and neighborhood are worth it, combined with the amenities and convenience of the hotel right next door.
