My family like the place. The surrounding is peaceful. Amenities are as per description and he even provided free toiletries (toothbrush etc). House very clean and insulation is good. Really helpful during winter. Mattress is comfy too. Managed to get clear view of Mount Fuji on the road near to the house. Thanks for having us.

[Newly built with free parking] Family room, Akafuji-tei 201, with shuttle service to Mt. Fuji and Kawaguchiko stations

요운Rating, 5 stars4 months ago
It is a new building, so it is very clean. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Fuji Station and there are also buses going at once, so the location is not bad. Check-in was self-service, so we arrived a little early, but we were able to check in right away. There were enough towels, and it was a pity that there was no bathtub, but I was satisfied that the shower booth and toilet were tidy. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is an electric rice cooker, so it is recommended for those who want to cook. The bedspread is also very fluffy, so it feels good. There is a massage shop on the first floor, so it would be nice to visit if you are curious. Overall, it was normal, but there were no disadvantages at all.
The room features two spacious beds, each adorned with elegant bedding in shades of white and blue. A small round table and two chairs are positioned near the window, providing a view of the outside. Sliding shoji screens enhance the room's traditional aesthetic.

Everything was just as described, the place was nicely located away from the hustle but still convenient to get around to explore Tokyo and other areas. The apartment was comfortable for 2 people and equipped with everything you need. Hirohiko and his wife were friendly and helpful and always responded promptly to all our messages. They even gave us a little gift when we left. Highly recommended, thank you! 🙏

If you’re not used to traditional Japanese futons on the floor, it’ll be weird for you. The place is great, very Japanese. Location is awesome. The town is far outside Tokyo enough to be quiet, while being close enough to Shinjuku. The train is literally right outside the room. If you don’t like noise, it’ll bother you. If you can not let things get to you, its great. Rickie’s great at communicating. Anytime I had a question he was on it. Very respectful. Wifi works well. I wish I stayed longer.
A view from the entryway reveals a cozy living area featuring a small table set with decorative coasters. Floor cushions are positioned around the table on a woven mat. Natural light filters through sheer curtains, brightening the wooden floor and surrounding space.
