La maison du Caz - 100 m from the beaches

I booked this place for my family and they loved their stay in this very nicely decorated apartment, it immediately feels like home. Located in the heart of the pedestrian street, it remains quiet and relaxing. The living room is spacious, and the wooden patio-style terrace is very cozy. The little extra: the beach is reached by foot in minutes, it's a real treat! A real favorite for them, you won't be disappointed!

Loved our weekend in the home. Everything was perfect, as described in the listing and perfectly met our expectations. Our host was also great and very pleasant. She was understanding about our arrival which was delayed by traffic jams. Very kind and smiling. A very pleasant weekend in the moors and within walking distance of everything around. We'll be happy to go back!

Everything was there to have a good stay and disconnect from everyday life. The small touches and advice given allow us to feel comfortable right away and to be able to enjoy all the amenities of the place. The calm of the neighborhood and the proximity to the center are a real plus to enjoy Mimizan Beach and the surroundings! I recommend++

Cozy villa on the dune

The house is fantastic. Directly on the dune. Right by the public access to the beach. In the north only the dune. In the west only the sea with fantastic sunsets. The kitchen has everything it needs. We cooked every day. The garage with outdoor shower is very convenient for all the surfing material. There is also a ball grill. The house is outdated, but everything is working. Too bad it doesn't have garden furniture (table and chairs). We enjoyed the 2 weeks very much. Thank you.
