Monthly Rentals in Miltonvale Park

Krista is great host, the house was very clean, quiet neighborhood, extra pillows and blankets if needed. Driveway is not low car friendly would recommend parking on street and if you have an exhaust on your car the neighbor's will complain about noise and if your vehicle looks cool and attracts other neighbor's to come talk to you. Neighbor's will complain you are having a party.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the space, and the attention to detail. The rooms were clean, and everything you might possibly need during your stay was provided, even Netflix! The house is near the end of a dead end street so it was very quiet, but just a short drive to all shops and venues etc. While we didn’t have time to enjoy it, there was also a private, fully fenced in back yard. A personal favourite for me was the free private on site washer and dryer. After a week on the road it was a treat to be able to launder our clothing in the evening, while relaxing with a glass of wine watching Netflix, and then we were all set for the next leg of our journey.

The place was great, and well represented by the listing. Definitely a new-ish interior. We heard a few planes, but really as soon as you hear the engine they’re gone and it’s a non-issue. My kids were actually disappointed. The neighbourhood seemed really safe, quiet and nice. Would recommend and stay again. Also- laundry was invaluable on our long trip and worked well.

Jennifer’s place was a wonderful home base for our Mom & Daughters trip to P.E.I. Her home is beautifully done up with wonderful views and is in an excellent location a short drive from so many beaches and great spots to eat and shop and only 20-30 min to Charlottetown. We had everything we needed and Jennifer quickly brought over an iron for us when we saw it was missing. Only thing to note is the that the road is a bit noisy but we expected it and it didn’t bother us but if you’re a light sleeper and want to keep the windows open at night good to bring ear plugs. Bring your own cooking oil / seasoning if you plan to cook but otherwise the kitchen is fully stocked with pans / utensils. Beds and linens were comfy. Thanks so much Jennifer for a great stay!
