This accomodation is in a secluded country area but only 15mins from the centre of Palmerston North city and only 5 minutes from the Palmerston North air port. The dwelling consists of an open plan kitchen dining lounge area, a seperate bedroom with a queen size bed and a seperate bathroom consisting of a toilet shower and vanity unit. There is also a fold out couch in the lounge which turns into a double bed .We have chocolate lab dog Tui who roams freely around the property and is friendly

On the city's northern boundary, you are staying in a private, quiet environment looking over the farmland, yet so close to town. Location Location

"Location Location" is a charming cottage built in the 1950's and relocated to the rear section in the 1970's. In early 2024 she received a makeover which included a totally new kitchen and updated bathroom. She was then furnished through out. The cottage is extremely private, and we a lucky that our neighbors are private and quiet. Some of the cottage charm extends outside to a private and sunny courtyard shaded by native trees and a Tui who visits most days.

Come and relax in our lovely comfortable Airbnb with an open-plan living area and sheltered deck. It is situated on a large section with a lovingly maintained garden, making it suitable for a family get away or for use when in town on a business trip. The Esplanade and river walk are only 800m away and the CBD is a quick 1.5km drive. We are also in close proximity to Massey University and UCOL. Kawau is a new home built in the character style of the 1900's. Situated on 1.5 acres with a large lawn. Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
