There are no other cottages in the area, except for our three houses and the apartment, which is located on the ground floor of this house, has a separate entrance, and is not rented as part of this house. The house is categorized as 4 stars. It has equipment for shorter and longer stays. A fully equipped kitchen, with a barbecue in the yard, a firewood-fired chamotte stove, and a kettle, is perfect for guests who like to enjoy the gastronomic magic of nature.

Our house is located in the beautiful nature of Zlatibor, surrounded by pine forest and offers a breathtaking view. In addition to the great comfort and privacy the house offers, guests have at their disposal: - Jacuzzi on the terrace that is heated all year round up to 40 degrees - fireplace - home theater - Netfix - Nespresso coffee machine - electric grill - spacious courtyard - private parking For the youngest, we have prepared a crib and a baby feeder, as well as a sled for children during the winter season

Villa Marta is a luxury mountain house with an accommodation capacity of 6 people. It has underfloor heating and a fireplace as an alternative or for a special atmosphere. In the master bedroom, which offers a fantastic view of Mount Javor, there is a large double bed. In the second bedroom there are two beds 90x200, which can also be made into a double bed. These two rooms are on the first floor of the house, and through the roof windows from the same there is a view of the mountain Mučanj. Air-conditioned!
