Suite is attached to home, inside there are several locked doors to main house that gives you complete secure privacy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Bedroom has a king size bed and with walk in closet. The living room can be used as an additional sleep space for guests, queen air mattress and linens included. 1 bedroom in-law apartment. Bedroom features a newly updated bathroom, king size bed and small futon. The front room has a desk and small kitchenette. The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.

4-bedroom family home in convenient location with easy access to shopping, downtown Spokane, and Felts Field.

This was our family home until we moved next door. The four bedrooms are upstairs along with 1 full bathroom and the laundry area. The other full bathroom is downstairs. Large kitchen and eating area. There is access to a small backyard. There are 2 queen beds, a full bed, and 2 twins. There is a second bathroom on the main floor.
