The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

The Moulin House

Charming house located in the hamlet of Andrevilliers, along the Eure, in a private property, quiet. The house, completely renovated and carefully decorated, has a private shaded outdoor garden, in which vehicle parking is possible. The village center is a 3-minute drive and the supermarket is 5 minutes away. Access via a pedestrian walkway provides direct access to the pond and the nautical center.

50 m2 house

House which is 15 km from Chartres, 1h30 from Paris. The A11 motorway is 10 minutes from Illiers-combray exit: n° 3.1 Nearby (3kms to Bailleau le Pin) are all shops ( supermarket, bakery, pharmacy... etc.) Bed linen and towels are provided. You will appreciate the minimalism, comfortable interior and charm of this 37m2 house with all the necessary for your stay. You can enjoy the garden and the harvest from the garden. Your pets are welcome here. We charge 10 euros per stay per pet. We look forward to welcoming you.

La Pension du Maréchal: Spacious House

Ideal for families or groups of friends, the 210 m2 Pension du Maréchal offers 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 of which have their own toilet and shower room. The 5th bedroom is perfectly suited for children. The living room/kitchen area is warm and very friendly. Very close to the city center and free parking, the location is quiet and ideal for visiting Chartres on foot or by bike.
