49 Water Street. Our 160 year old home is located in the middle of Amish country & decorated with relics of days gone by. You'll find 2 bedrooms upstairs and a futon in 1 of the 2 downstairs living rooms, sleeps 6 comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen, private wifi, towels, linens included. Two porches to relax & watch the Amish buggies going by. Our Dayze Gone Bye Carriage Rides business is next door & available for scenic tour, enjoy our animals or sit by the creek. A fire pit and open space for playing is perfect for families in our yard. Our home is walking distance to restaurants, shops, farmers market and the Pa. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the country. Enjoy watching sheep graze in the meadow right behind back yard. You are only a short distance from town so if you forgot something you should find it there. the kingdom grounds cafe is only about 2miles, and is a very unique place to eat, the local table is a very good place to eat and is just out in town.Its only 15min from Little Buffalo State Park where there is lots to do and see,and we are 19miles to Carlisle fairgrounds.

Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley!
