Helen was amazing! She’s very personable and responsive. Her place looks exactly like the photos, and has everything! So much detail and thought went into setting up this house! She even took time to put together a binder of places to eat and things to do in the area. I love the outdoor space with fire pit and my little one loved all the games! The neighborhood seemed very safe and well maintained so we felt very safe staying there. I only hope this place is available for the next time we are in the area! I can see it might book up quickly! Easy to get Ubers into town. Be prepared on Football weekends Ubers can be tough on game day and be prepared to possibly do a little walking as traffic can be bad. Great hosts though, clean place, great communication

Can’t say enough good things about this property and the owner. It was perfect for a small family gathering during the holidays. Nice open floor plan, attractive appointments and top tier appliances. Host was extremely cordial and responsive. Location is tucked away in a relatively new subdivision and yet just a couple miles to campus and Beaver Stadium.

Keppy and Ron’s home and hospitality exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed at many properties and this was easily the best of all on every level! The photos do not do the property justice. Their kindness and attention to detail really blew us away. We were incredibly cared for and well fed!

My family and I wanted to kick off the summer properly. This home was more then we expected - between the space, the land as a whole we felt right at home. Walmart was 7mins away driving. Vonte was very communicative, nice, respectful, and proactive with us! Thank you!

Natalia had a perfect house!! It was exactly as the pictures showed, and better! The house was immaculate, comfortable, beautifully decorated and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The coffee bar was a huge hit and the outside patio was beautiful and comfortable for evening cocktails. Communications with Natalia were wonderful and check in was easy. We are hoping to come back next year!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Stone House! It’s our favorite Airbnb! The setting is peaceful and beautiful! The house is extremely clean and had everything we needed. We definitely will stay here again!

The "Colorado Cabin" greatly exceeded our expectations. The only mistake we made was only booking the home for a weekend. (We've corrected that by booking a 4-day stay for the Fall!) Our hosts (Doug and Ashley) were quick to respond to our questions. The home was spotless. The place was well stocked from the bathroom (plush linens, all sorts of soaps and creams) to the kitchen (bottled water, more condiments than we could ever use, coffee). And to top it all off, a "Welcome" gift. We gave Doug and his team an unqualified "10" on a 1-5 rating scale. ---Mark

Easy access for super basic set up. Perfect for just staying over. ( bring water etc) great for motorcycle travel.. easy to park and great neighborhood. Quiet!

We (3 separate families) all enjoyed having the 5 bedrooms, 3 full-baths, & the 3 separate sitting areas (which helped to provide private spaces for those who wanted to watch TV, dine, or just talk). Great place 15 mins. from PSU & close to everything we needed.

I've stayed at quite a few AirBNB's and ths was among the best. The space didn't look like an after thought or a place for second hand furniture. Everything was spotless, towels all matched, as did the bedding. Nice artwork decorated the studio. Everything you'd need was provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Roxanne was very accessible and accommodated all questions. Very comfortable and pleasant for two people.

My family & I had a great time. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was fully equipped. The whole house was very clean & well maintained. Luke was a very welcoming host & answered all of our questions quickly.

Everything about this stay was fantastic! Check-in was a breeze. The space is private, cozy and cute. It was exactly what we had hoped for. The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home.

Great home for a family weekend and Penn State game. It was a night game, but we were still home from the stadium in 90 min! Elizabeth was an impeccable host - we are so grateful we found this gem !
