Monthly Rentals in Middletown

5/5 recommend. Very clean, quiet, safe, and nice. An issue I had was with the host making it effectively impossible for me to extend my stay after he had promised me to extend. So NEVER plan on extending your stay. He also would constantly threaten me with a $250 cleaning fee if I scratched the floor or didn't clean the toilet etc. I recommend just budgeting that money into your stay (even though you probably won't have to pay it) or else the constant threats will get on your nerves. But overall, a pleasant and nice stay, a good choice.

This place is lovely. Alfred was very friendly and responsive. We booked it since a lot of the hotels around Hershey were booked. We are a family of 4 and my two teenagers were comfortable sleeping on the pull out couch while my partner and I stayed in the private upstairs bedroom. The drive to Hershey was only about 20 minutes give or take and it is a nice drive. I would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Gina and Corey’s beautifully restored historic home in Middletown. The space was spotless, charming, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Our kids loved the game room, and the private yard with a fire pit and string lights was quite nice though we didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy it. Communication with the hosts was excellent—friendly, responsive, and very thoughtful. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The house was just what we needed it to be for a night before a park day at Hershey. Jared was very responsive and kind and the place was very clean and felt homey.
