We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

Wavel's place was in a safe neighborhood. I was happy that there was a parking space and getting in the house was easy. I greatly appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room. He was great at communicating when I had a question.

I stay at a lot of AirBNBs and Yassine was one of the most gracious and thoughtful hosts I've ever encountered! Starting with letting me check in 2 hours early to making sure I had everything I needed. I didn't need anything because the huge studio came with enough plates and silverware to eat at the 6 person dining table. Everything about it exceeded the expectations of a studio rental. I will be happy to return, especially since it's only 15 minutes from the beach. thank you Yassine.

Fabiano is a fantastic host! His “Petite Retreat” was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is terrific, close to shopping and great restaurants (Maggie’s Farm is SO good). His communication was prompt and helpful throughout. I hope to be back next time I’m in the area!

Gracious, kind host. Perfect for a quick 2 night trip and not wanting to pay overpriced stays in salem which was the point of the stay. Easy and convenient. Thank you. Only qualm was the neighbors were a bit noisy but that didn’t derail the stay by any means.
