Villa vacation rentals in Mid North Coast

I booked this air BnB for my husband and I to stay at for our wedding weekend, and it completely exceeded our expectations! The whole house was immaculate, and had the most beautiful views! Would definitely visit again!

Great little place in a wonderful location

Joey’s place is in an ideal location in the Nelson Bay Area. Easy walk into town, to shoal bay and little bay with plenty of access to walking trails, bikes trails and local amenities. The space itself is very thoughtfully setup and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Place was great, everything I expected was delivered, unfortunately I must have received at least 15 emails reminding me of my stay prior to arrival then another 5 emails whilst I was there , I booked the place 2 weeks prior to arriving and was only there for three nights, the emails were over excessive and frankly very annoying.

Our group of 4 had the perfect stay. Watching the moon rise over the northern headland and surf at Boomerang beach was spectacular. A huge pod of dolphins close to shore were also delighted with the early rising moon. The Recky, which is only minutes away was the place to eat and watch the sunset. This ideally situated beach pad townhouse, close to Boomerang Beach and Elizabeth Beach would suit a family on school holidays or a small group. The surf lifesaving club on Elizabeth had the flags set up and were actively patrolling during the NSW Easter School hols. A great working space kitchen and a fabulously large, comfortable L-shaped lounge in the separate but adjoining lounge room with big screen tv. No internet, however we were able to hotspot from our phone to access Netflix. Just note that you will need data and be smart phone/tv savvy. Thanks Michelle for making our stay very enjoyable.

Property condition was aligned with the description (small remark: the balcony is a bit outdated and might need a renovation soon).. Location is PERFECT for those wanting to explore hunter valley / visit the main wineries in the region. In the morning, if you are lucky you can enjoy kangaroos walking around . Last but not least: friendly and very responsive staff. Worth the visit

Had a fantastic stay ☺️ well overdue holiday. The weather wasn’t the best but we made the most of it ☺️ one of the best fish and chip shops close by. All the shopkeepers are very friendly. My little dog Willow loved the dog park down near the sea. We had a wonderful stay.

Exactly as described. The only improvement is if Natalia could control the weather and was able to switch off the rain!! Place was great, very comfy and location to beach and amenities was awesome.

We love staying here - it is our third visit. It's a great house, in a great spot with everything needed for a wonderful relaxed holiday.

This spacious family-friendly location was more than enough for us to enjoy a get-away to the Hunter Valley region. Thank you, George

This house was absolutely perfect for a girls weekend away. The pool and spa were amazing and the house had everything to make our stay complete, including an incredible coffee machine and very comfy beds. The amenities were extremely clean and there were lots of places to hang out and relax. The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We loved our stay here and hope to be back next year!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay in this villa. And the pool was amazing and a nice area

This was a last minute find for us but it was just amazing. There were 3 ensuites and 1 main bathroom which made the stay for 4 of us couples with kids amazing. The living space was huge with a very comfortable couch, I only wish the TV was a bit bigger. The outdoor areas are well equipped with sufficient seating and spots to relax and enjoy. The house was clean however had a few cobwebs underneath dining chairs and some really big spiders roaming about but other than that it was spotless.

A Mediterranean Dream – The Perfect Getaway! Our stay at Jaymie’s breathtaking Mediterranean villa in Anna Bay was nothing short of a dream! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning architecture, serene ambiance, and luxurious details—especially the private plunge pool, which made our stay even more special. Jaymie has truly created an oasis. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and she was incredibly informative and helpful throughout our stay. Every little detail of the villa was thoughtfully curated, making it feel like a slice of paradise. My husband and I were so inspired by the beauty and elegance of this space that we are now planning to renovate our own home! Beyond the villa, the location itself is magical! From thrilling camel rides and 4x4 adventures on the sand dunes to dining at incredible restaurants (Atmos in Shoal Bay served some of the best food we’ve ever had!), every moment of our trip was unforgettable.

Kilala is an impressive property, very spacious, close to beaches, town, walks and the lighthouse. Our large family had a great time with plenty of space for 5 kids to run around and still enough room for the adults to relax. Exactly what we were looking for. The breeze through the house was amazing especially at night, highly recommend this place. It does get a little hot inside during the day but we spent all our time at the beach or in the backyard and what it lacks in aircon is 100% made up for by the breeze.

By far the best air bnb i’ve ever stayed at. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The location was beautiful and comfortable. Will definitely be back soon!

The villa was at a great location being just around the corner from Blueys Beach and the shops, and it was easy to drive to other beautiful beaches and lakes, Forster / Seal Rocks. It had everything one could need, and it was very nice to sit on the balcony in the sun. Overall we had a nice and comfortable stay and we’ll definitely be back in the future.

We had a great stay in Forster! The house was lovely—very clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and everything was just as described. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again

Stayed with my parents who were over visiting from the UK! They absolutely loved the location by the lake and throughly enjoyed waking up to kangaroos in the back garden!

I'm from Germany and if I read "Villa", I expect more than a big bungalow with just basics. The amenities like the buttons for the spa need replacing, the stove wasn't in best shape either as you need to light it up with a lighter, which is provided. The main bedroom with the large bed was in fact two single mattresses put together, not so nice to sleep on the hard edge when cuddling your partner.

Nice apartment on the vineyard. Well equipped with beautiful views from the deck. Lovely swimming pool and bonus complimentary wine and olive tasting! You can also walk between 2 other wineries and there are other good ones 5 min drive plus a dairy farm! Nice to stay in a new part of the hunter away from the heavily touristy vineyards.

Fantastic location and spotless accommodation! The property was very clean and neat. Beds were comfy and Morpeth only a two min drive away. The only downside was the noisy fridge which could be heard over the TV and with bedroom doors closed. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

The Villa was so awesome. The photos don’t do it justice! You can walk back from the clubhouse after dinner and playing golf. This host goes above and beyond. Im coming back in June!
