Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a sweetheart. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

Very nice host, always concerned about our well-being, the apartment has everything you need for a good stay, convenience of nearby shops, good service from the people in the condominium. I definitely recommend it, we'll be back soon.

And stay was excellent! The super organized apartment, supernova and organized utensils. Mariana's attention was excellent, always proactive and asking if we were comfortable and if we needed anything. In the apartment there was a catalogue with indications of bakeries, restaurants and city tours, very good even. The place super clean, caretaker was very good people. The location is good, too. Very close to the beach which made it easy to enjoy until the last minute. Surely I would be staying in the place again.

Great space, with everything we needed to spend a few days, as well as being extremely close to the beach (for walking). Marcos was great, always responded to us quickly and was available for what we needed. The only point is that the kitchen is partially open, and for those who want more privacy, you can lose a bit in this environment.

The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival, just like the photos. The location is safe and the reception was smooth, the building staff are attentive. The host was attentive and responds quickly. The stay went well, apartment with sea view and close to the sand. I recommend it and I will come back more often.

We felt at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A private beach, with crystal clear water, a place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtles.

Our stay was wonderful, the atmosphere is very pleasant and cozy. I dare say the place is much more beautiful in person than in the photos. Everything is extremely clean and organized, everything is working perfectly. The space has all the utensils for preparing meals on site, cleaning supplies, clothesline for hanging clothes, beach chairs, etc. Quiet check in and check out. I recommend it without fear.

Our first time at the house and we already know it will be the first of many! Besides being beautiful and looking like a paradise, it's super well structured and clean. Hosts were thoughtful and helpful! Comfortable beds, super complete kitchen… in short, absolutely nothing to point out. Besides the location being great, as we already knew. Quiet beach, calm sea and not much movement, and at the same time safe and close to all the shops you may need :)

The Chalet is wonderful, just like and even better than the photos, super clean and organized, with a breathtaking view! We saw the sunrise, which was unforgettable, I recommend it! Check-in and check-out without bureaucracy! The host is 1000!!! Always very attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love the stay, we will come back more often for sure!

Had a great stay. Perfect location. Right near the beach and close to good restaurants. The apartment was squeaky clean; you could smell how clean it was upon entry. Very quite and peaceful. Passed out on the comfortable sofa both nights I stayed there. Highly recommend.

The accommodation is truly a dream, very cozy, quiet. If you're looking for a place to connect with nature, this is the place for you! The birds on the balcony are a spectacle of colors, the wonderful view of the forest and the sea. The trail! Everything! It's really worth it. Thank you Luiza and Pierre for the great communication. Wow! What a stunning paradise. From the beautifully landscaped yard to the excellent craftsmanship of the home, this place is perfect. Whoever designed and built this home really knew what they were doing. You really do have a near private beach just steps from the front porch. Our favorite part was just sitting on the front porch enjoying the sounds of nature with coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. Late May/early June is a great time to visit. We didn’t need to use the A/C once during our visit. Everything is well thought out, from the beach chairs, towels and sand castle toys to every piece of stemware and kitchen utensil you might need in the kitchen. Also, the town of Paraty is just a 15min drive away with lots of shopping/dining options. And the host, Angela, in the 15 years my family has been renting vacation properties, is the best host I’ve ever worked with. She was extremely responsive and arranged so many details and all our activities. Excellent!!

The house is beautiful, it has an incredible view. It has all the amenities. The most beautiful thing is where it is located, the town is small and very nice with nearby beaches that are unique. Sandro is an excellent host, he helped us and made recommendations at all times. The best place in the area by far.

Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with a fitness center, sauna, rooftop pool with a beautiful look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Ribeira Mall, which has everything you can imagine. There are boat trips that leave from the ribeira bag and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Christiane was always super helpful with everything. Your house matches the listing exactly and is a very calm and quiet condominium. The kitchen had everything needed for everyday life. Only the internet could be faster for those who want to work online. Thank you for everything.

Ahh, we love Dora's little corner! Nobody wanted to leave... What a wonderful view, it exceeded my expectations! Clean environment, clean, everything very well taken care of. We want to return for sure!

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Super recommended!
