Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet maker's. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!

Cozy, owner-occupied house offers (1) sleeping accommodations for up to eight persons* (consisting of one queen, two full, and two single beds), (2) upgraded Arts and Crafts house with modern features, and (3) central location on the edge of campus, less than a mile from the Big House. We live here and love it! *IMPORTANT: City regulations dictate your group be limited to four (4) persons plus their offspring (e.g., children). Accordingly, we can comfortably sleep eight.
