For a night, a few days or a week, the apartment is ideal for a couple, or four people with the sofa-bed in the living room. It includes a balcony and a garage. Located in the heart of the Auteuil district in Paris, it is easy to access by metro, bus and 5 minutes from the ring road by car. Discover our lovely room nestled in the heart of the prestigious 16th arrondissement of Paris, in the Exelmans district. Compact and very well thought out (9 m2), this room offers everything you need: a shower, toilet, kitchenette, comfortable bed, fiber optics, air conditioning (from May to September), security and calm. Independent access. Note that the room is located on the 8th floor without an elevator, reserved for a single person in good physical shape and with light luggage.

You will love the relaxed feeling and warm atmosphere of my appartment. The location, and beautiful view on the river and Eiffel Tower. The bus, trams, rer are 150m and Métro Exelmans is about 600m. The local market is 3 days per week, and is very big, selling cheeses, seafood, cooked meals, fruits and veggies. The supermarket open until midnight and there are a few good local restaurants
