I absolutely loved this place! It’s quiet, cozy, and truly feels like home. The pool was a highlight for me and my partner—I thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is well-equipped with complete appliances and furniture, and the fast internet is a huge plus, especially for someone like me who works online. I highly recommend this place for remote workers looking for peace and quiet to recharge and combat burnout. It’s the perfect retreat. To top it off, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Mt. Arayat and explore nearby tourist spots. Dennis and Cecile are wonderfully accommodating hosts. Cecile, in particular, felt like a longtime friend—I know I’ll miss her warm personality and her delicious bilo-bilo!

We had the pleasure of staying here for the Aurora Music Festival, and it was the perfect choice. The location was incredibly convenient, just a few minutes away from Clark Global City, making it easy to get to and from the event. The place looked exactly like the photos - clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable short stay. On top of that, the host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, ensuring a convenient stay from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Loved the place. AC worked great and the kitchen fan was perfect. beds were comfy enough for some solid sleep and we had a great couple of days there. would love to co.e back.

Really nice place!! It has been more than a year since our last visit, and there’s a lot of improvement in the unit that makes it more homey. The host is always nice and accommodating. We will definitely book the place again soon!

The place was very clean, also the pool. The house is very spacious and included everything we needed for our stay. It’s centrally located for quick access to the expressway or Clark.

There are great stays and then there are amazing humanitarian encounters. My fiance was staying by herself, while I was out of the country. She had developed the flu and was very sick. Through compassion Dennis and his wife took great care of her. They gave her medicine and made her homemade soup and kept and eye on her and kept me updated. Never have I seen such dedication to Customer Service and hosting as this exemplary service from this outstanding humanitarian host. God bless you both!!! I highly recommend this stay for everyone you will be treated like family with loving care.

What a fantastic Airbnb! We spent 4 nights here and had a truly great time. The space was impeccably clean, we felt completely safe, and the neighborhood was lovely. Staying here was very convenient because the house had everything we needed. Peachy is a great host - very accommodating and responsive. I wish we could’ve stayed a bit longer but overall, we had a great time 😊

Ming’s place was perfect for our barkada reunion. Amenities for table tennis, karaoke and billiards are available. The front is also spacey and good for midnight kwentuhan. The host also responds promptly whenever you have concerns. Will definitely come back to this place again.

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely spotless and well-designed – very aesthetic and cozy, making us feel right at home. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The utensils were also top-tier — clean, and well-maintained, which made cooking and dining feel a little more special. Just a small suggestion: it would be great if they could add a bedside lamp or some soft lighting aside from the main light in the other bedroom for better convenience at night. Also, it would be helpful to mention in the listing that the main gate closes at 9 PM, as guests will need to take an alternate route to access the property after that time. It’s a minor thing, but good to know ahead of time. Parking was easy and secure – one car can fit in the driveway and there's space for another one on the street. No issues at all with safety in the area. Overall, a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended!

Love the honesty store! Really helped out when we didn’t feel like going out but wanted sodas and snacks. It’s a great place for long term stay that is cozy and chill. I appreciate the aesthetics of the place and the access to streaming services. It’s defo one of the nicest designs in the subdivision. Devine was very accommodating too! Just to set your expectations if you have a car, parking is a hassle for everyone in that neighborhood. Devine’s place is conveniently located near the basketball court where there’s more parking space but when it’s rainy, that’s another thing to deal with. No problem if you have a motorcycle though. Will definitely stay here again!

Jet’s place was spacious, clean, and cozy. The decor was aesthetically pleasing and was well-stocked with supplies such as water, kitchen equipment, and toiletries. Jeretth was also very responsive, especially with our queries about the Netflix log-in details and the extra bed we requested. We had a bit of trouble opening the smart lock at first, but that was more us being unfamiliar with it 😅. We’ll definitely choose this place again given the chance to travel to the area again. My main issue of the overall condition of Unit and of Kandi Condos. Near the end of stay there were issues with the AC and the Roof leaking in two areas. Jay responded quickly and the AC issue was resolved but the unit is definitely showing its age and so was the gym on the roof. Most if the equipment was quite old

The place was so spacious. The interenet was great. Alll the utensils needed were there. A very responsive host and care taker. They hot fresh towels when we arrived and the place wqs literally clean and smells so clean. Walking distance to many establishments. Thank you to the hosts and to the care taker who were very considerate during our stay.

The place is super close to Aqua Planet and there are tons of great food spots around, which was super convenient. The place was really easy to find, and the host was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Thank you, Ms. Kixx!
