Charming 60 m² accommodation, 3 rooms, large living room with kitchen, small bedroom on the ground floor and beautiful bedroom in the attic upstairs. It is a Touraine farmhouse dating back to the 17th century, completely renovated, insulated with eco-friendly materials. The neighborhood is quiet, the tram line is a 5-minute walk, the historic city center is a 20-minute walk. All shops are nearby. We live in the house next door, in the same yard and want to remain very available to our guests.

The house is fully equipped for your comfort and will allow you to have a pleasant stay.

Take a break and relax in this small outbuilding in the heart of a small tourangeau village. Great for two people. A small kitchen, a bathroom with WC and a separate bedroom welcome you. There's not all the comforts yet, but we're working on it. You will find a Dolce Gusto coffee maker with a few pods. Accommodation located 2.5 km from the Domaine de la Raynière and 4 km from the Moulin d'Abas wedding reception rooms.
