We loved staying at this old house on the mountain. The interior was charming and tasteful, with all the amenities and supplies we needed. Karen gave clear instructions on check in and was responsive. Only issue we had was with the old door and lock, you need some practice to use it but Karen and her husband helped us out. Also it is right across a beautiful church. During a few days there were some events happening in the church square so it was loud, but other than that we had no problem. Remember to bring eye masks for sleeping!

Great stay! Everything was outstanding , charming wood house. I visit duty my husband from the US. We came along with my family from Ecuador. We had enough space for all of us, 5 adults and 2 kids. We tried the made to order dinner. Sancochó and Tilapia. Abigail and her friend, came with the groceries , they cooked a delicious food for us, and clean after. It was indeed a great experience! We’ll be back!

this house was spectacular! It exceeds to photographs, it is spacious and beautiful. The views were also outstanding. The only downside to the location is that it's on a hill on a busy city bus route, so there is a lot of noise from the air brakes. But the gem of the house is Carmen, the caretaker. She will take care of anything you need with a smile. She doesn't really speak English, but with our learning level Spanish and translation apps, it worked. She and Maria made a fantastic breakfast for us on Easter morning. I highly recommend treating yourself!

This is a very nice place with a great location, conveniently situated near La Carolina Park and easily accessible. The building is well-maintained and safe, featuring a small but fully-equipped gym and a coworking area. A nice touch in the kitchen is the presence of some basic items like salt, pepper, oil, tea, and coffee. The host is very responsive and always friendly.

A modern living and dining area is illuminated by ample natural light from a large window. A round dining table with black chairs is positioned near a tall mirror and a small potted plant. A blue lounge chair and a side table complete the stylish room.

highly recommend staying here. i wanted to disconnect from the world and Nayra and Carlo place was amazing. stayed alone and felt safe up in the hillside. drive 20-30 minutes from Mindo square. I wished I would have stayed longer!!!
