Loft vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Palermo

It was a very great time at Casala Abate. Maurizio were there for us by the arrival and he was very kindly. He was every time available for us when we needed him. The house and the area arround the pool is very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet place. Is like a Paradies. Thanks a lot.

Great place, looks just like in the pictures. Location was perfect with lots of bars and restaurants walking distance. Silvia was very kind and very helpful with anything I needed. Would definitely recommend!

Easy access to the train/bus station. Appartement equipped with everything you could need. The host opened the door on distance and let us in. We stayed only one night but overall it was true to the description.

Appartamento come nelle foto, ottima posizione. Bagno piccolino ma essenziale e adatto per pochi giorni. Host gentilissimo, mi ha fornito tutti i dettagli per il parcheggio, l' accesso e cosa vedere ad Enna. Lo consiglio!

Daniele y Giuseppe (quien nos recibió, indicó dónde aparcar y nos entregó más información útil) muy amables! Olvidamos ropa e hicieron todas las gestiones para hacerla llegar al día siguiente a Catania. Ambos muy atentos, proactivos y confiables. El departamento muy cómodo, bien ubicado, cerca de lugares típicos para comer (panificcio y arancineria incluido), y cerca del centro, pero en un barrio tranquilo y con facilidad para aparcar y salir de ahí en auto a otros paseos. Excelente relación precio/calidad. 100% recomendable!

Roberta è un’ospite meravigliosa. Ho viaggiato da sola e mi ha dato un sacco di informazioni per trascorrere al meglio la mia vacanza. Disponibilissima anticipando addirittura le mie esigenze e informandosi durante la settimana se tutto andasse per il meglio. Casa meravigliosa con ogni comfort e comoda a tutte le attività. Ritornerò!

Great place and perfect locations with wonderful views. The apartment is exactly as described and even better. Very spacious and Fabio has equipped the place with all the amenities. He always responded. The location is fantastic and a five mins walk from the main historic part of town so right in the centre of all the main sights and amazing restaurants. If you stay in Palermo I recommend staying here. WiFi was great and all the amenities such as the TV etc so great for getting work done. The street below is noisy but that is the heart and great in the day and at night you can’t hear anything. Thanks for a great stay I will be back!

Ottima scelta per passare una bella vacanza! La vista dal appartamento e mozzafiato di notte! La host disponibile per qualunque richiesta o domanda, è molto flessibile con gli orari di arrivo! Zona perfetta con tutto quello che serve intorno anche se devi raggiungere a piedi! Tornerò sicuramente anche nei prossimi anni!

The loft is perfectly located in the old town in Palermo with easy walking access to all the major sights. It can be reached by walking from the main train or bus station within 10 minutes and from the port within about 20 minutes (we did it all). It has many restaurants, bars and shopping pportunities right nearby. It's newly renovated, specious, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay (kitchen with all appliances, a washing machine, AC, a comfortable bed and many little conveniences). Maria and her husband Fabio are true "super host", very friendly, hospitable and welcoming, reliable, and supporting at all times. Communication was always fast and clear, even before and after our stay. Check-in and -out were very well instructed and easy, with a personal welcome. Overall, we can only recommend everybody to stay at Maria's place, and we would come back anytime. Grazie mille per tutti! :)

This was such a funky & well designed space. I genuinely loved the integration of the old with the new & the industrial chic decor. It was spacious and spotlessly clean. It had all the amenities you would ever need (including a shawl I borrowed to cover myself a bit in the chiesas) & was literally in the center of everything. We didn’t have a chance to cook - too busy trying out the various food, but had everything we would have needed plus. We were a bit nervous when we first entered the entryway courtyard as it is so close to the busy pedestrian street that we worried it would be noisy, but it was a little sanctuary from the chaos & very peaceful. We even met some friendly courtyard cats!! As others have said, the glass walls in the bathroom could make it odd for people who are not close, but was fine for my partner and I. I would not recommend attempting to get a car near the maison as the streets are busy and TIGHT, but we found parking close by. Antonio was super responsive. A+

Claudia’s friend Giulia met us and gave us the welcome and introduction to the flat. She was very helpful and made sure we knew where all the important things were. Lovely to have some coffee pods, thank you, plus chilled drinking water in the fridge. Although we didn’t cook any meals we could appreciate that the kitchen was very well equipped. For four adults we felt the apartment was a little small and certainly the second bedroom was quite cramped, and the second bathroom being on the floor below was not ideal, but the beds were comfortable! We spent most of our time out and about as fortunately the weather was perfect. No need for heating or air conditioning. The facilities listed were all as described. The location of the apartment is perfect for most of the cultural sights in Palermo and close to many good restaurants and bars. Thank you Claudia and Giulia for making our stay so enjoyable.

Overall fantastic stay at Giorgio’s Airbnb. Giorgio and his wife were very friendly and accommodating! I accidentally lost a towel to the wind, and they both understood and provided a new towel. They were very nice. The Airbnb has an amazing view of the port of Porticello, and it is very peaceful there. It is exactly as pictured, it is a very nice space. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling to Porticello. 5/5 stars for sure.
