Condo vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Palermo

Although we didn't meet Egle on check-in (her mum was there to greet us) the check in instructions were really clear, and Egle was incredibly responsive to all our questions. She also made lots of great recommendations for the city of Palermo and also when we took day trips to Cefalu and Ustica. The flat is clean and comfortable and in a central and quiet neighborhood, there are good bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Marco was the sweetest host, giving us nice recommendations, being easy with check-in & out! Thank you for having us, we loved our stay at your place!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious apartment. The surrounding neighborhood has many restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes. If you enjoy walking like I do, you're about 15 minutes from the heart of Palermo. Our hosts were very responsive and kind, and always went the extra mile to make us feel at home! Anytime we had a question, they responded within 30 minutes. Our vacation was fun, easy, and safe from start to finish.

An absolute gem of an apartment! The love and care with which the property has been restored and furnished is evident from the minute you step through the door. There were some very special touches as well, from the board games, to the little album of Marta's own photography, as well as her personal welcome. Every detail made this the perfect place to spend the last few days of our Sicilian holiday. The apartment is in a super location for exploring the sights, sounds and tastes of this vibrant city. But even before you head out into the city make sure you take in the atmosphere from the apartment balconies. Book here if you can and enjoy every moment.

Salvo & Mariesol’s place was perfect for our stay in historic Palermo—exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Salvo was fantastic during check-in and provided a great local guide via his website, with neatly organized info on restaurants, attractions, and more. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Quattro Canti, Villa Bonanno, and other gems. Pro tip: walk 5 mins to Nino ’u Ballerino and try Palermo’s famous spleen sandwich. Absolutely unforgettable—unless you have a boring palate.

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. I can’t recommend Enrico’s property enough. Grazie Mille Enrico!

WOW, WOW, WOW, simply amazing! We loved everything about this stunning, modern, large and bright apartment in the old center of Palermo. It is a gem perfectly located a 5 minute walk from the cathedral and the hustle and bustle of the city, yet in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Walter met us on arrival and provided helpful information on the town, restaurants/bars and transportation. He also kindly offered us a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed on the balcony with stunning views of the cathedral and town. The place is pristine and has EVERYTHING one can possibly need for a comfortable stay, even slippers and a hair straightener! The kitchen has all the basics and the added plus of a Nespresso machine with plenty of capsules. Walter place is the place, you don’t need to look any further!!

Einer der Gründe, weshalb wir diese Unterkunft ausgewählt hatten war nicht nur die super zentrale Lage in Palermo, sondern auch der einzigartige Design. Die vielen kleinen Details wie zum Beispiel die kleine Pflanzen die von der Wand hingen waren wunderschön und geben der Unterkunft nochmal einen einzigartigen Flair. Dadurch, dass die Lage so zentral ist, kommt man auch überall hin und ist mitten im Geschehen. Abends kann es etwas lauter werden aber uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört. Gabriele ist außerdem sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben Tipps von ihm bekommen wo man gut essen gehen kann außerdem stand er immer für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Location, location, location. This apartment is an oasis in the midst of all the main attractions of Palermo. Everything is an easy walk away and yet on the balcony it is peaceful with pretty rooftop views. Situated next to a Mosque, there is a brief Adhan at 10 pm, but we only heard it when we were outside. The living areas in the apartment are spacious and comfortable, where we could relax together. This was a great spot for exploring Palermo, and Luigi's recommendations were fantastic.

Wish we could stay longer and hope we can come back! Spectacular outlook from this beautiful place. So much history! It was the perfect base and easy access by foot to any sights. Peaceful yet you felt in the thick of colourful Palermo also. Kind and friendly host. Just book!!!!

Loved it ! Very cute. Very responsive, leopoldo came to meet me on arrival. They were flexible with my leaving time as I had a work call. Loved the flat! Absolutely perfect location next to everything which was great as I don’t drive. Would absolutely stay again!

L'alloggio di Peppe è perfetto per visitare Palermo: centralissimo ma in una zona comunque tranquilla, vicino a tutti i monumenti principali e ai mercati storici, ben servita dai mezzi e comodissimo da raggiungere dall'aeroporto. Peppe è una persona squisita, sempre disponibile, ci badato molti buoni consigli. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Logement moderne, très propre. Merci à Giuseppe pour les petites attentions dans le frigo, il y avait de tout, biscotte, croissants, café, lait, bonbon, citron…. Le quartier est surprenant, mais tranquille.

Annalisa and Stefano were excellent hosts. They communicated with us quickly and clearly, and gave us many recommendations for activities and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, very charming, and located within walking distance of the city center, with the train and bus stations just a few minutes away. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The bed was excellent and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in Palermo. The flat had everything we needed and was very clean. Angelo was a fantastic host, gave us so much advice on where to go in the city and was very attentive during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Vi hade en toppen vecka. Mysig lägenhet med underbar terrass mot havet och fin gemensam pool. Haft mycket bra kontakt med värden Nicola gav en massa tips och är lyhörd. Lägenhet ligger avskild. Det hörs inga bilar, bara en del boskap som gör platsen harmoniskt. Cefalu finns på 30 minuter promenad avstånd eller 10 minuter med bil. Vi parkerade på den stora parkeringsplats vid havet. Prisvärd och alltid plats när vi var där. Morgondopp och därefter en god kopp kaffe rekommenderas när Cefalu håller på att vakna. Rekommenderas varmt!

Vi var väldigt nöjda med boendet. Det var rent & snyggt & Daniella var super trevlig. Hon svarade snabbt på frågor och fick oss att känna oss välkomna. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera boendet om man ska besöka Mondello 🌸🌸

We had a wonderful holiday in Menfi. Saverio's house is fantastic - beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The pool is amazing and we loved the outside space. The beach, which is only a minute away, is lovely and has the most incredible sunsets. There are also some great restaurants within walking distance. Saverio gave us lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat, and was always super quick to respond to our queries. We will definitely be returning to Sicily again!

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

Thank you Igor for making our first stay in Sicily super memorable! The villa is simply amazing (even way better than the pictures shown, trust me). The views of the mountain and the ocean are our favorite things to wake up to every morning. Our kids loved the swimming pool, which Igor takes great care of. We made the villa our homebase to explore Zingaro, Monreale, Palermo and Cefalu, all within an hour drive away. We also love that it's located in a very quiet and private neighbourhood. I can't recommend Igor's villa enough, to anyone who's visiting the Palermo area! Grazie mille, Igor!

don’t even know where to start! just a perfect place in Mondello, pristine clean, freshly renovated, fresh pastries every morning, incredible sea view, infinite swimming pool, steam room, super comfortable bed, welcome drinks, free parking and obviously the most hospitable and loving hosts ever!!! Angelo’s wife even did my laundry on the request, just truly splendid in every detail felt like home and definitely will come back thank you beautiful Barbarella and Angelo for this time

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen ruhigen und modernen Anwesen. Luigi hat uns sehr hilfreiche Tipps für lokale Restaurants gegeben. Denn zum umfangreichen Kochen war die Küche für uns etwas zu klein. Da wir sehr früh unterwegs waren, konnte er es möglich machen, eher einzuchecken. Die Kommunikation war stets sehr schnell. Nicht nur die Wohnung, sondern auch der Außenbereich, war in einem tadellosen Zustand. Ein überraschendes Highlight waren die Liegen im Obergeschoss. Dort hatten wir eine Terrasse ganz für uns alleine und konnten dort die untergehende Sonne genießen. Liebe Anna, lieber Luigi, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit und wünschen euch nur liebe Gäste

Wir waren mehr als nur zufrieden mit der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft von Salvatore. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, äußerst hilfsbereit und stets freundlich. Salvatore ist ein unglaublich lieber und aufrichtiger Mensch, bei dem man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Auch die Umgebung war wunderschön – wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf das nächste Mal!
