I had the opportunity to stay at Casa, which is a delight, and the experience was excellent from the first moment. The place is cozy, clean and very tastefully decorated, which creates a relaxing and homey atmosphere. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, good speed Wi-Fi and all the necessary amenities. Also the bathroom was spotless. What really made the difference was the staff's service. They were always friendly, attentive and willing to help with local recommendations. The location is also ideal, close to downtown but far enough away to avoid the noise. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility and quality service.

A great house, cozy and very spacious for those seeking peace and quiet, just minutes away from restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The place was ideal for our needs; communication and support exceeded our expectations. Juan and his team provided exceptional service. The grill, jacuzzi and sauna worked perfectly, and there was always someone available to help us, if needed, during our stay. The place is very safe. A small inconvenience was that WAZE took us to a different location than the one we had copied and pasted from Airbnb, but luckily Juan was present when we needed him to help us find the right way. Once they sent us the correct location, WAZE took us there without any problems. We will definitely consider staying there again if we decide to visit Villavicencio in the future.

Diego was a great host at all times. He did his best to have plans for every day. The house staff was spectacular and finally the house is out of this world. I recommend this place 100%

The stay was good, the villa is very comfortable but needs a lot of maintenance, it is forgotten and several structures are fragile, the cleaning was very good and as a recommendation, the people who will take care of the villa (cleaning lady and manager) should be kinder

The lady in charge of the service was kind and attentive, always ready to help. However, there are a couple of details to consider - the water pressure in the showers could be improved as it was sometimes a little low. Although it was not a serious inconvenience, it would be a positive aspect to review. Also, it is important to mention that the house is located somewhat removed from the main avenue. This is not necessarily a negative point as it provides a quieter environment away from the hustle and bustle, but it is something that should be taken into account if you are looking to be closer to the busiest area or quick access to other key points. In short, the house is a great place to stay, with a flexible host. Definitely recommend this place!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had stepped into something special. Nestled in the hills near Guatavita, this serene retreat offers more than a stay—it offers an experience. The pictures don’t do it justice. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and full of charm, it was perfect for our group of five. The meals were unforgettable—the baked chicken and BBQ feast were divine, and breakfasts each day were perfect. The “wild” animals added magic, and the staff, warm and attentive, kept the fires glowing. Bring essentials (and marshmallows!) as the road in is rugged and nearby shops are limited. Guatavita, just minutes away, is a gem—don’t miss the tomato soup at La Cava or artisan chocolate at Guataland. This home is a soulful sanctuary filled with love, comfort, and wonder. We came seeking rest and left with memories we’ll treasure forever. We will return.

The place is the same as what is published. Lidia's response was always quick and Cristian was always super responsive and very helpful during the stay. They were waiting for my arrival and all that required those days. They gave me recommendations of punctual places in the village. It's a spectacular place to connect with nature, it feels a lot of peace. She falls in love with the view q you have from the glamping and from the viewpoint of the hill q is 20 min away. The town is super close. It seems like a super plus if you want to take the food to the room and you don't have to go to the village, they have several options. I love the view, La Paz feels, the people, the attention, everything is very well cared for and they are super thoughtful. I'd come back without hesitation.
