P.S when you are renting this listing, you are renting second floor of the cottage, not whole cottage, because on the first floor living me and I am not in touch with guests, because there are isolated entrance.

房间很新非常干净，房东太太很友好，他们的女儿和侄女会说中文，很漂亮很可爱。定位的地址是错误的，很远。建议打电话让司机和房东通话确认。实际位置就在加油站对面的小路一直往里面走。如果您自己有租车这里非常推荐。独立的厨房，四楼的公共区域非常宽敞，两面玻璃可以看到外面的雪景非常美丽。还有洗衣机。但是如果步行里最热闹的地方有一点点距离。

David's building is right in the center of Mestia which is super convenient. there are many restaurants within 5 mins walk. it is also the starting point for all kinds of day tours around Mestia, overall the location is perfect. the room itself is very clean and well decorated, I enjoyed my stay a lot. Plus, David is very thoughtful and friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Mesita.

Die Unterkunft ist gut erreichbar in Mestia gelegen und wir hatten aus dem Zimmer ein wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Familie war herzlich und Zimmer und Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Gerne wieder!

Amazing place and the most generous and delicious breakfast that I've ever had in Georgian guest houses. After such breakfast I had enough food for the whole day. Quiet place, with only sound of crickets outside the window and a nice view to the night sky to stargaze.

The guest house is super lovely. It has a large garden with plenty of opportunities to sit and relax. The rooms are tidy and clean. Nazzie was very warm and welcoming. I can totally recommend staying there.

Very nice stay ! the drive from Kutaisi is quite an adventure, as the road isn't that great all the time, but it's really worth coming here, beautiful surrounding. The accomodation is simple and it feels almost like being part of the family, with 3 generations living together. Thank you for hiking advices and arranging polyphonic singing :)
