Super hoster, welcomed us in the middle of the night. Very good English. The apartment is new and well equipped. The neighborhood is calm and safe. Rather far from the city center but taxi operates well.

An incredible home and an incredible host. This home is fitted with all the essentials, is extremely spacious and impeccably clean. The location is ideal and there were plenty of local restaurants and coffee shops. Contact with Bettina was always pleasant and she was very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. If I were to visit again, this would be the first option I’d book.

Hakeem and his wife were gracious hosts. Hakeem is very responsive with all of our inquiries. The apartment was clean and spacious. It had everything you needed to cook and feel at home. It was located in a nice area and had a 24/7 supermarket right next door. Having the washing machine in the apartment was an added convenience especially during the summer. The only thing that would have been a great thing to have is WiFi in the apartment. Watching TV requires an internet connection. I would definitely recommend staying at Hakeem's place and would return again for sure.

A Wonderful Stay at The Code Residence – Highly Recommended! I had a very pleasant stay at The Code Residence during my time in Kuwait. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished. I especially appreciated how conveniently located it was, right next to plenty of shops and essentials, making everything easily accessible. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. We had a great stay at Ali’s brand-new flat—it felt just like a five-star hotel! The apartment was very clean, modern, and spacious enough for five adults and a baby. The kitchen had all the appliances needed for cooking, and Ali kindly provided snacks, water, and hot/cold drinks. Everything, including the bedding and furniture, was new and high quality. Ali was an excellent host—very responsive, flexible, and always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. The check-in was smooth and easy.m, and also we were allowed to have an early check-in. There was a short power outage that lasted about an hour and affected the elevators, but it was a rare event and didn’t affect our overall experience. In addition, the flat is close to the airport with clean, traffic-free roads, though having a car would help for getting to the city or restaurants—Alamirya is just 10 minutes away and has great dining options. Perfect for families or groups looking for a comfy and affordable stay!

The place looks like the pictures , clean , quiet ,one of the good things about the place is we didn't have any issue with electricity and water pressure which is common in this area , responsive host , I will definitely come back next time .
