Casa Samuel was the best option to stay in Barichara, the house is spacious, clean, with garage and all the comforts to feel at home. Mrs. Herminia was very cordial and her cat visited us every morning and in the evening when we arrived. On a next vacation I would stay at Casa Samuel again. This is a beautiful place to be as a family and with the diversity of things to do (ping-pong, soccer court, tejo, bolo, billiards etc.) you don't have time to bore yourself. 100% recommended

Turquoise cabin is beautiful, it is the second time I stay there and I will continue to do it, it is a very quiet and safe place, it has a great view, Luis Gabriel was always attentive to any requirement, the cabin is very clean and the pool is super nice.

The house was bigger than expected; the pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful the house is. Sandra and Beatriz were sweet, helpful, kind, and they cook super delicious. The house and the pool were squeaky clean. We didn’t have to drive to town, they introduced us to the tuk tuk, a whole experience. We felt at home. It was easy to move my 85yold grandma and her wheelchair. The pool was easy access for adults but not easy for my toddler, which is a plus! Thank you for allowing us to such a wonderful house and experience, I highly recommend

Casa Mantilla is one of the most beautiful houses in Barichara, its award-winning architecture, located in the perfect point of the town you can walk everywhere and rest in the house without noise or hassle from cars or tourism. They welcome your pet and the house has everything to enjoy it!

We had a truly amazing time staying at Jairo's place. We were looking for a place to make our home for a while in Barichara that was close to the town but still had a country feeling. This place could not have been better. The house is gorgeous - we were taken aback with the beauty - made of rammed earth with hardwood trim. During the day the shaded patio offers views of the green valley. Nights are quiet allowing for great sleep. Jairo and his family made us feel like we are part of their clan. Having stayed in dozens of places all over Latin America this has been our favorite. Thank you Jairo!
