Welcome to our peaceful home, nestled in the heart of the picturesque hamlet of Chevroches, at the gateway to the morvan region. Ideally located, you can enjoy total tranquility while being only 12 km from the famous basilica of Vezelay, 20 km from the charming town of Avallon ( a tourist hub with all major supermarkets), 30 km from Auxerrre, and 26 minutes from the Bailly wine cellars. A true haven of peace.

Take a break and go green for a weekend or more. Walks such as the meanders of the Yonne, hikes to the rocks of Saussois or to the terrace of Mailly le Château await you, as well as bike tours (rental nearby) to the Eternal Hill of Vézelay. Châtel-Censoir is a village of character with its beautiful houses, its collegiate church and its shops. SNCF station (Paris-Bercy 2.5 hours).

Single-story house overlooking two gardens. The one to the south is private. The very large one to the north is shared with us... when we have small children. Each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. A cozy place to enjoy the calm by the stove in winter. Comfortably equipped for cooking. Kids will love the donkeys, the swing set and the trampoline in the garden.
