Rumahnya bagus, nyaman, dan luas dengan 4 kamar, halaman depan bisa parkir 2 mobil, dan ada teras belakang. Suasana perumahan, ada warung/toko kelontong di dekat rumah. Perlengkapan dapur dan amenities lengkap. Dekat dengan tempat wisata seperti gembira loka.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!* The property was even better than described, spotless, thoughtfully equipped, and beautiful with traditional Javanese ambience. The host went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, with quick responses and helpful local tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back on our next visit. tempat nya enak, masuk gang tapi masih walkable. anak ku suka sekali ada kolam ikan dan kandang ayam di depan rumah. mungkin akan sedikit menggangu kalo yang ga suka suara ayam di pagi hari. to take a note juga, water heater nya yang model gas. agak sulit atur panas nya, ga rekomen buat langsung pakai dari shower, tapi owner udah sediakan juga ember buat nampung dan mix dengan air biasa. satu lagi, parkiran nya ngepas banget untuk mobil seukuran avanza , fit better buat yang lebih kecil dari itu, ukuran di atas nya kaya nya akan susah buat masuk parkiran nya. overall oke dan nyaman untuk stay 5 hari 4 malam 👌

This place is worth the price, it has enough rooms for 8 persons, equipped kitchen and feels like home..

Our family loved this place! The moment we stepped in, it immediately felt like home. Warm, cozy, and inviting. The furniture was very homey, and the living room was perfect for spending time together. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, and the skylight was such a lovely touch. It made the place feel bright and open. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and we all slept really well. Everything was clean and thoughtfully set up, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Astrid, who was very forthcoming and quick to respond to all our queries. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Truly a great host. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to return!

Great choice for family or friends with 3 BRs, each with TV and bath, perfectly clean and well furnished. Probably the best Air B&B we’ve ever stayed in! Owner has also done a great job decorating and the place is convenient for the usual Jogja activities. We don’t know how you could beat this place for a short or even longer stay.

a very comfortable villa for family gathering. we stayed for 4 nights and almost didn't want to go anywhere except to enjoy time together with our family in this comfortable villa. Mas Agung sangat responsif, apartment juga sangat worth it utk keluarga sebanyak 6 orang.. ruang tamu luas, dan nyaman seperti dirumah sendiri.. Sekitar apartment juga banyak tempat makan, dan dekat mini market. Pastinya akan kembali kesana kalau ke Jogja bersama keluarga besar lagi.. Thanks!

The receptionist was very friendly and clearly explained all the instructions for the stay. The apartment is strategically located and easy to reach from many directions, which made following our itinerary simple. Free parking is available, so no worries about extra fees. The host was super responsive — some things had to be done manually, but they were always ready to help if anything was unclear. The facilities are complete: clean, well-maintained furniture, working AC and water heater, a fridge, dispenser, stove, and basic kitchenware. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, great for working or streaming. Plenty of power outlets too, so no need to bring an extension. Some parts of the interior looked a bit old, but everything worked properly and didn’t affect comfort. One of the best parts was the view — you could see Mount Merapi (if I’m not mistaken) right from the unit, especially beautiful in the morning. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay for a few days or a short getaway.

Looks like the photo! Good amenities. The sofa bed was amazing. But the tv remote control was quite hard to press. Over all, good place to spend with family and friends while stay in the city.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The host was very responsive from the moment I booked the room. The location is very close to The Alana Convention Center — you just need to cross from the tower.

I had a fantastic month here and was very glad of the choice. The apartment has nice views of the city, convenient motorbike parking, is close to loads of restaurants/warungs/cafes, is nice and spacious, is cleaned well and felt like home. I'll definitely look for it again if I'm back in town!

Tempatnya bagus! Bersih dan rapih.. hostnya juga ramah banget, request setrikaan juga lgsg disediain☺️ Cuma minus di wifi aja, sinyalnya kuat tp kadang suka ilang.. Tp overall oke banget!

The rooms fragrance is 👌🏼, nice view which is straight to merapi. The most thing I like is the wifi, super fast and no loading at all. It is really important and helpful for workers.. the host is also super responsive. Probably will stay here next time when im go to Jogja
