This was a great place in a cool part of San Jose. Brand new high rise fronts directly on a park. Met some great people at the park. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance. The space is small but we had everything we needed for 3 days for a couple. The roof top common area was very usable for work or relaxing. Great views of the city. Be sure and go up to see the city at night. The host was very responsive and went out of his way to make us comfortable.

El lugar está en una zona demasiado estratégica y muy tranquila, uno puede caminar con seguridad e ir a Barrio Escalante muy fácil. Catalina siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestra llegada y de cualquier cosa que necesitábamos. Nada más tomar en cuenta que es un loft, nosotros como íbamos por poco tiempo nos pareció genial ya que tenía todo lo necesario, pero si buscas un espacio más amplio debes tenerlo en cuenta, porque para acceder a las camas debes subir unas gradas un poco empinadas, pero nada que nos afectara la placentera estadía que tuvimos.

Nice place. 20th floor with a good view. Clean, lots of good restaurants around. Safe. Friendly staff. This didn’t bother me because I wanted to wake up early, but Monday morning the train starts at 6 am and it is very loud. During the weekend, the train does not run. Something to consider about anywhere in this neighborhood.

We had a great stay at this apartment. Wonderful selection of restaurants and cafes within a few blocks walk. Close to downtown. Would stay here again.
