Adorable 2-bedroom country guesthouse

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

An open double door reveals a welcoming entrance, leading to a spacious patio area. A doormat with a friendly message is positioned at the threshold. The surrounding area features a wooden fence and nearby residential structures, providing a sense of privacy.

Charming guesthouse in the best location in Merced. Safe and quiet acre home area close to the UC and the lake. Recently renovated this cute vintage inspired cottage has everything you need to relax and cook a great dinner at home. There is a little outdoor seating area to unwind at night and it is very quiet and peaceful. All new appliances and renovation make this little cottage super clean. This is a NO smoking property. There is no smoking on premise. We do not accept local stays.

This calm and cozy single unit suit is located in a beautiful brand new community close to UC Merced (about 3.6 miles), Merced College ( about 2.5 miles), Mercy Medical Center ( about 2.4 miles) and several shopping malls. Home is about an hour and half drive from Yosemite. A few local points of interest include Knights Ferry covered bridge, and Fresno County blossom trail and panorama trail.

5 Stars – Absolutely Exceptional! This Airbnb far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that so much thought and care went into every detail of this home. The place was pretty and felt like home the moment I walked in—very cozy and welcoming. The owner was accommodating, and the location couldn’t be better. While I'm more into mountain biking and the area is relatively flat, it's perfect for road biking, with miles of scenic roads right from the house and none of the stress of inner-city traffic. It's just outside the city, offering peace and quiet while still being close enough to everything you need without navigating through the hustle of downtown.

Entire Three Bedroom House

Venkata was very nice and responsive. For the most part the house was very clean, other than some stains on the walls, and some trash the cleaners forgot to remove from the back. There also wasn't enough towels (only 4, and no hand towels for the bathrooms or kitchen), but we usually bring extras. It was a very quiet area, and a convenient location for us. We were here for a conference and so we basically just used it to change in between our meetings and to sleep at night, so we weren't there much during the day. We would stay here again.

This house was so much more magical than we expected!! We are ones to choose a place that's more whimsical and authentic, and we were not disappointed!! The backyard is a labor of love and so much beauty! The house was clean, vintage yet sheek, and Dianna was so welcoming, and thoughtful! Beyond grateful for our stay!

We had such a great experience staying here! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The space had everything we needed, and it really felt like a home away from home. The bed was super comfortable. Perfect for my little nephew to run around in the back yard. The location was perfect quiet and relaxing but still close to everything we needed. And the host Lizett was absolutely fantastic very friendly, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!
