Monthly Rentals in Mercalaspalmas

Apartment with a good location, it's as shown in the photos. Everything was super clean and both Juan and Maria were very friendly, they left me water and told me areas to leave the car and if I needed anything, they were very attentive. A place to definitely stay again!

The apartment is well equipped and nice. It's difficult to get to, though, so you need a picture of some kind of vehicle during your stay. Since there is a dirt road to the entrance, so the taxi didn't take us into the street. The host is super kind and thoughtful. Any issues helped me resolve it right away.

The location is great. The supermarket is 3 minutes away. The bus stop is also quite close (goes directly to the center of Las Palmas). There is plenty of parking and the highway is near the property. Overall, we were more than satisfied with the place. The apartment was exactly as described in the pictures. Thank you for the stay :)

the accommodation is great, the only thing is that having bars under the window in the main room there was a little noise, otherwise everything was great and no problems
