Mansion/City Villa (for groups)

(8-20 people) This detached mansion from 1935 is located right in the center of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from nightlife, the train station, the forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking space. You rent the entire upper house and part of the lower house with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. In a beautiful nature reserve and within walking distance of swimming lakes Gasselterveld/'t Nije Hemelriek, our recently modernized vacation home is located in a quiet bungalow park and offers a lot of privacy with sunny and shady spots. To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

My apartment is located in a historic building that once housed the old town hall printing house. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, a large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the first floor. A private parking space is directly accessible at the apartment and also conveniently accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income via Airbnb is used exclusively to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Enjoy your time out - quiet and central!

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

Our cozy apartment is nestled between meadows and fields. Pure nature! Whether action or tranquility, the stay is varied and has a lot to offer. The cities of Papenburg (17 km) and Leer (20 km) can be reached quickly. The North Sea coast and the Dollart, as well as the Netherlands, are also not far away. The apartment is lovingly furnished with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is located on the second floor in the adjoining building. For your exclusive use!

Have a wonderful vacation in Twente. Our house is located in the immediate vicinity of the art town of Ootmarsum. The nature reserves Springendal and Ottershagen are within walking/cycling distance. You have access to a fully furnished house with 2 terraces and garden. There is parking and the possibility to store and charge bicycles. Nearby are many cycling and hiking trails. In the house there are regional books, thrillers and games that you can use.

The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

From the top floor of a stylish building in the immediate vicinity of the Hunte, the apartment offers a view of the river and the entire harbor district and space for up to five people. Our farm was built completely new in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a vacation home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit comfortably. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.

Good morning! We are happy to welcome you to our family Bärenhus. The Bärenhus is located in beautiful Emsland/Geeste in a quiet, idyllic location. The large lake can be reached within a few minutes on foot and leaves nothing to be desired. There are no limits to a quiet walk or an exciting excursion.
