The house is located in immediate vicinity of the Dinosaur park and the hike trails of Teufelsschlucht. Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach with a swim area, beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.

My place is in the middle of nature on the outskirts of Kersch and yet only 15 minutes by car from the city center of Trier, 30 minutes from Luxembourg Airport. You'll love my place because of the coziness of the old estate, high rooms, nature, views over extensive fields, quiet location, relaxation. From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
