My stay at Putu’s place was amazing. The apartment is within a homestay and I felt part of his family. They were always watching out if I felt right. The place is silent, beautiful, clean, with all the essence of a local balinesse home. Pictures show a modest place while the stay is new, clean and spotless. I felt serene, welcome and priviledged. Ps. I tried to stay longer but it was booked :(

The Paya Paya Villa was the perfect accommodation for our adult family's annual holiday (four pairs of adults). Each couple had their own well appointed beautiful bedroom and ensuite giving them their own space within the Villa whilst the outside area and open living room allowed us all to come together for meals, card games, massages and drinks by the pool. The Villa is exactly as described and the images do not express the peaceful feel and generous proportions of the home. The location was central to a diverse range of restaurants (recommend Lilo Indonesian Comfort Food & the Italian Restaurant); medical/pharmacy; "corner" store; and walking/scooter distance from Seminyak shopping district, the beach and Potato Heads. The Villa staff, Arie, Made, Yulis, Made and Ketut allowed us to easily enjoy what Bali had to offer and made our stay so memorable. We cannot thank them enough for all they did for us. It was very difficult to leave such an incredible country and people.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It’s perfectly located close to the center, yet peaceful and away from all the city noise. A couple of lovely cafés are just a short walk away. The house itself has a warm, welcoming vibe and is beautifully decorated with local art, everything feels carefully chosen and full of character. It truly felt like home. One of our favorite spots was the back terrace by the pool. We spent hours there, either chatting or simply watching dragonflies dance above the koi fish pond. It’s the kind of place that helps you slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Wo soll ich nur anfangen?! Mie war immer gut erreichbar und antwortete immer schnell. Sie gab uns auch ein paar Tipps. Abholung am Flughafen erfolgte durch Githa, super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mann! Im Haus erwarteten uns Jero und Angga, freundliche und immer lächelnde Hausdamen. Sie kochten für uns Frühstück und auf unser Wunsch Abendessen - hervorragend! Die Freundlichkeit der Menschen um uns herum hat dazu beigetragen dass wir uns wie daheim fühlten. Das Haus an sich liegt an einem Hang mit dem Ausblick auf den Dschungel - kein Wort kann dieses Gefühl beschreiben! Die Dschungelgeräusche nachts sind genauso wie ich es mit vorstellte! Herrlich! Bis Ubud Zentrum sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Githa oder ein anderer Fahrer stehen immer zur Verfügung. Sie haben auch Tipps und sind offen wenn man Fragen hat. Ich kann mich nur bei allen bedanken, dass Sie sich um uns so herzlich und liebevoll gekümmert haben! Terima kasih dan sampai jumpa lagi!

An Absolute Paradise Perfect Bali Getaway From the moment we arrived at this stunning villa in Bali, we were completely blown away. The property is even more beautiful than the photos — a true tropical oasis! The highlight for us was definitely the private pool, which was pristine and surrounded by lush greenery. It felt like our own secluded paradise. The villa itself is spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. We loved the mix of modern comfort and traditional Balinese touches. The pool table and ping pong table were huge hits and the wood-fired oven? Incredible! We had the best homemade pizzas under the stars, such a memorable experience. The hosts were warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was arranging transportation, sharing local tips, or helping us with special requests. If you're looking for a relaxing, fun-filled escape in Bali, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Besides having the absolute best and most comfortable bed out of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, the place is so cute and cozy. The out door layout of the kitchen/patio makes the place feel really big. Walkable location to downtown Ubud, overall the place is perfect for long and short term stays. The hosts are also so kind and responsive, they brought me fresh fruit twice which was completely unexpected and appreciated . I would be back in a heart beat.

Had the best time at AIR. The apartment is so much bigger than expected and really comfortable. The location is great for the centre of Ubud while being out of the way enough to also be quiet. But by far the best thing was the interaction with other guests and the community vibe AIR has - breakfast conversations and evening hang outs (while feeling totally at ease being able to have my own space when needed). Whether you’re a creative or not, this place felt so welcoming.

Wir reisen als kleine Familie mit 14 Monat altem Kind. Ambara und seine Familie sind sehr hilfsbereite und liebevolle Gastgeber. Unser Sohn bekam frisch gepflückte Bananen aus deren Anwesen, welches sehr sauber und gepflegt ist. im Garten ist speziel eine offene, überdachte Möglichkeit für Joga oder Meditation mit Blick über die wunderschönen ruhigen Reisfelder. kein Roller gehupe etc. lediglich angenehmes Vogelgezwitscher. Ambara bot sich gerne an gemeinsam mit uns Joga zu machen und uns zu unterrichten. das nahmen wir gerne an und haben es sehr genossen! Roller kann direkt von ihm gemietet werden. Für Fahrten steht er ebenso zur Verfügung. eine zum Zimmer zugehörige Küche für kleine Speißezubereitungen ist ebenso vorhanden, inklusive Kühlschrank. Der Blick vom Balkon führt über Reisfelder zu Palmen. wunderschön. Am Morgen wird man von der Sonne wach geküsst. Im Zimmer ist es jedoch Dank funktionierender Klimaanlage immer kühl. Ambara wohnt mit seiner Familie nicht direkt auf dem Anwesen steht jedoch jederzeit zur Verfügung und ist auch mehrfach am Tag vor Ort und ansprechbar. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft in jedem Fall weiter auch mit Kindern! vielen herzlichen Dank an die ganze Familie für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Perfect stopover after a late flight in to catch the ferry to the islands in the morning. Easy enough to find, and only a 15 minute walk to the turtle sanctuary.

Great villa for a short stay in Sanur. Close to Sanur Beach and lots of restaurants. Though you are right in Sanur the villa was very quiet. Rooms clean and spacious with good linen and towels. Separate kitchen and fridge great for being able to have a drink around the pool. Good value for money and would stay again.

Our stay at Indies Villa Estate was outstanding, The 3 villas and outdoor entertaining area exceeed our expectations. We stayed with our 3 daughters and their children, which were aged 3 to 18. We all had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The children particular enjoyed many hours in the pool. Nyoman and her staff were really special and ensured all our needs were met, from daily breakfast to the Indonesian banquet they prepared one evening for us. Nyoman was particularly helpful in coordinating and navigating our activities and went out of her way to source gluten free bread for one of our grandchildren. She certainly made our stay memorable. We would certainly consider staying there again as a family group.

The villa was perfect for what we wanted. Very quiet and the staff were amazing. Nothing was a problem if we requested anything. The breakfast which came daily was fresh and very nice. Highly recommended to stay here

Wow, wow and wow. We have been to Bali on numerous occasions, but Villa Kubu is the best we have stayed at. Our Villa was like a private resort with huge private pool set in beautiful gardens. Great Bedroom with amazing mosquito surround. Really loved the outdoor Shower. The Staff were friendly, helpful and happy and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect including catering for our ‘Coeliac’ meal requirements. Definitely going back to Villa Kubu next visit to Bali.

Would highly recommend this place. We had such a beautiful time and felt very welcomed. It’s right in the middle of Ubud but in a really peaceful setting. The room and grounds have been cleverly and thoughtfully designed, paying respect to the natural surrounds. It’s a very beautiful green space even though it’s on a busy street. At night you can hear music playing from the nearby establishments but it didn’t bother us at all and didn’t really go late into the night I think this is mainly because the place itself is just so beautiful and the street has a real vibe to it. We were so impressed with this beautiful place and would highly recommend - especially for couples. The pool areas are gorgeous - everything was clean. Staff were incredible, friendly and sweet. Really can’t fault anything about this place, utterly charming, beautifully laid out and such a perfect location. Thank you so much for having us at making us feel so welcome!

Lovely stay! Very peaceful, lovely rooms, bathroom, outside area and pool. Kar was friendly and fast with communication. About a 12 min walk to main road with cafes/shops but there is a restaurant and cafe 2 mins walk away too. Would stay again!

A group of 13 of us stayed at Villa Naya and our minds were blown on first impressions when we walked in. The villa was beautiful, extremely peaceful and very well cleaned/kept. I want to make a special mention to all the staff. They were so helpful and friendly and our stay was made even better thanks to them. Special mention to our chef - the breakfast was delicious every day!! The only thing I would say is that, being outside and near the rice fields there are lots of insects/lizards to surround you so keep that in mind!! Take lots of repellent!! The location is great as it’s peaceful - around 20/30 minutes to most places of interest. Thanks so much for our stay, we will hopefully be back again!

We stayed for 2 weeks at this villa. Great location, close to restaurants and small supermarkets. Only a 10 minute walk to Jl Kayu Aya one of the main shopping streets in Seminyak. The villa was exactly like the pictures and description. Putu was very quick to respond and the service at the villa was fantastic.
