Perfectly located apartment. Close to downtown and 1 block from Av. Aristides Villanueva, one of the most beautiful and entertaining streets in the city due to its wide variety of bars, shops and restaurants. 4 blocks from General San Martín Park. It allows walking to many of the city's tourist attractions. With a capacity for 4 people, it has a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living / dining room and a kitchen. Fully equipped. There is no parking but there is a beach a few meters away that rents by the day. The beach is on Aristides Villanueva Street, which is busy all day. - Smokers can smoke in the inner courtyard. The apartment is located in the Quinta section, a well-known downtown residential neighborhood with easy access to main squares and the main theater; meters from Parque General San Martín and Av. Aristides Villanueva, an attractive street with boutiques, bars, and restaurants. Close to the Civic Center and tourism agencies. The area is very nice and very well connected. You can walk around the neighborhood and take short walks to various tourist spots. There is a bus stop at the building entrance. If you're traveling by car, you can park your car on the same street for free. Check-in 2:00 PM and check-out 11:00 AM. If you want to check out later, an additional fee will be charged (Flexibility subject to the check-in or check-out of other guests on the same day)
