The house is tucked into the back of our 300-acre working dairy farm and offers breathtaking views of Mt. Mansfield. We are located in between two of Vermont's best ski resorts, Jay Peak and Smuggler Notch. Come for a winter adventure full of downhill skiing, riding or x-country touring. This Swiss cottage is a great place to get away from the city, relax and enjoy the outdoors. Whether it's for reading, sleeping, yoga, drawing, tea or board games; everything is well furnished. The land gives direct access to the river to the walking trail as well as private access for a bonfire. Where the stars shine even more, the beautiful Potton region offers a variety of playgrounds in the heart of nature. It's up to you to discover it!

The hot tub, the splendid cedar sauna available year-round and the magnificent river allows you to have a completely relaxing thermal experience. Beautiful roads and pretty villages nearby (Ayer's Cliff, North Hatley, Magog, Lake Massawippi, Coaticook...). Very nice bike path in the area.

Enjoy skidoo and vtt trails as well as many other winter & summer activities. The cottage is also close to Lake Memphremagog, Lake Stukely & Lake Fraser. For guest who enjoy skiing you are also less than 1 hour from Owls Head, Sutton & Jay Peak Resort in Vermont.
