Vacation rentals with a patio in Melrose

Karen and Brian were wondering hosts. Extremely accommodating and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend their apartment. It was so adorable and clean and had everything we could need and more! We would definitely come back again!

We really enjoyed our recent 4 night stay here! The rental was clean and tidy with easy instructions to reference while there. Check-in was a breeze, and using the parking pass for keeping our car on the street each night was also super easy. We dud find the bed was a bit soft but that's just a personal preference for a firmer bed for our old(er) backs. The neighborhood is indeed very walkable and we loved the recommendations and found a few of our own as well.

We had the best weekend. This Airbnb is a great size for 2 people. Clean, cozy and you have everything you need. Close to the city but you’re right by the ocean. Great restaurants nearby. We stayed to celebrate our engagement and attend a concert at Suffolks downs. We would definitely visit again. Easy to find and easy to get into. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

Great place, very clean overall exceptional

John was a fantastic host! very communicatative & responsive. Met us when we arrived & was accommodating to our travel delay by almost 24 hours. was super helpful with instructions, which helped us locate the apt at night in pouring rain. He also helped us carry in our bags in the rain, which was extremely sweet. Apt was extremely clean & had everything we needed & was free of clutter. The icing on top of a perfect stay was the ease of the checkout process. Very helpful on travel day & eliminating a lot of stress! Highly recommend John & this apt!

Everyone in our group agreed that Becky's property was perfect. We were surprised by all of the different supplies that are provided for the bathroom and kitchen. The house is very modern and the beds were very comfortable. It is in a great location too, about a 10 minute drive from downtown Salem.

Such a lovely place! The host provided plenty of suggestions for our stay. The common areas were great for relaxing. The rooms were cozy and spacious. The bathroom had everything we needed and more. The outdoor patio was quiet and private. The neighborhood was very cute! There was plenty of parking available. We were only a 20 min walk from downtown Salem. The host communicated very clearly regarding all necessary details. Check in and out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay. Everything was represented very accurately and the place is very clean. Emenkeng was very accommodating and quick to respond to anything I asked.

We had an excellent time! Accomodations were just as the pics displayed. Bedding was very comfortable! Furniture was also very pretty and comfortable. Host was great. First class everything. We were traveling in a group of 6 adults and 2 babies. All needs were met, everyone had their space. Bathrooms were very nice! Great house.

What a lovely, peaceful place! The home is beautifully appointed and well stocked with all the amenities one would need. Domenic was very responsive and communicated with us and everything went as planned. We loved not only the inside but enjoyed a short time in the backyard. Parking was a breeze and no concern with car being towed. It was a perfect home for a visit during graduation week and I look forward to coming back during a future trip.

This is the second time that we have stayed in this Airbnb and it will not be the last. The location is perfect for visiting Somerville, Boston, Cambridge and any towns in this vicinity. There is so much to do in this area and almost everything is within walking distance. The place is clean and has all of the necessary amenities, plus a few extra! I highly recommend Pema’s place without hesitation.

Our rental was roomy with 6 adults and slept comfortably with bedrooms were big and roomy. The coffee station was great with everything we needed. William was there to greet us and allowed us an early check in to drop off luggage before enjoying the area. Lots of towels and toiletries. The place was very clean and enjoyed the snacks. Thanks.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Alyssa’s place. It has everything a family needs for a few days or extended stay. Alyssa was extremely proactive and helpful, offered flexible check-in/check out and gave great local recommendations. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs and the neighborhood has lots to walk to and explore and is easy to get into Boston and around the area. Highly recommend!

Barry was a fantastic host. We were a bit confused with the parking but Barry happened to be outside the Airbnb and helped get us parked in the correct spot. He was kind and gave off a great energy. Barry’s space was beautiful and exactly as described. His kitchen was stocked well with spices, pots, pans and other kitchen wear. Super comfortable beds and beautiful appliances. We used Uber for the remainder of our rides so we didn’t lose our awesome spot. We had four people and we had tons of room and really enjoyed our stay. We look forward to visiting this space again.

This house was a fantastic find! It was sparking clean and looked like much of it had been redone recently. It was exactly like the description and photos on the site, and was a perfect place for the 8 of us to hang out. Lots of room to hang out in the kitchen, on the front porch, in the Tv room, or on the back patio. Rick was very friendly and gave very clear instructions, and it was very easy to get from the house into Boston either by driving or on the T. Can’t recommend this house enough!

This was such a charming place in a wonderful location. Griffin and Carolyn were responsive and took really good care of us. They are great hosts who we highly recommend and would book with again!

What more can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests? The place was perfect for our 35th anniversary get-a-way. Darryl was so on top of things. We had a question and it was answered within 2 minutes. He really is a SUPER HOST.

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

The house was adorable and very clean. We weren't there much, but we had everything we needed when we were there. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed.

This was a wonderful space in a lovely town. Walk to restaurants and easy access to the T. Just a heads up! Parking is for one vehicle. We parked additional vehicles on the T station not too far away. Highly recommend this place.

The Porch House is the perfect place to stay in Salem. Alex & David were gracious and dependable hosts. Everything was easy and detailed. The house is gorgeous, perfect creaky wood floors and lovely natural light, comfy beds, all the necessities and lovely extras like local coffee and a welcome treat. Alex offers great ideas for your stay. The location is perfect..just steps away from the busy tourist area, but quiet and lovely. Any way you walk from the house there are things to do. Being close to the Commons is delightful and we loved coffee on the porch and watching the locals walk their dogs. It’s incredibly clean, full kitchen, great linens. Minutes to walk to the wharf, the center of town or the other restaurants and coffee places around. Right across the street from Goodnight Fatty which will thrill you if you like sweets. If you are lucky, you’ll meet the gorgeous house cats. Thank you for making our stay so lovey.

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. Great apartment with fantastic rooftop overlooking city. More personal than just a hotel. Place was just as described, laundry a plus! Host very responsive and friendly. Just stairs are very steep going up and down (3 long flights). So definitely consider this! Would stay again

We had a great stay in Boston. We really appreciated being able to drop our luggage off in locked storage since our flight got in early. There are many great restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores just a short walk away. Additionally, it took us about 3 minutes to walk to the closest T station for easy access to the airport and downtown. The Airbnb was very well equipped, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out.
